I never actually used their service because they don't accept electronics for shipping. Also, the location was in Office Depot and the GPS indicated it was next door in Pets Mart.

They say it is a FedEx drop off place if you have any electronics to they will not take it. Don't bother coming here for anything thay are completely useless.

VERY slow! Waited in line for 40 mins just to drop off a package that I already had a label for but I just needed a receipt.

Horrible!!!! I filed a formal complaint with FEDEX and an investigation is being conducted. This third party vendor SHOULD NOT provide any type of services on behalf of FED EX

Please be aware that this location (inside of Office Depot) is unable to scan an official FedEx return QR code or barcode. You must either have the prepaid label printed or purchase the label here.

Slow, terrible service. Couldn’t take my package because it had batteries? Why bother having a fedex in here? Every other fedex on site location takes whatever FedEx package.

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. Despite being the only customer in line, two employees were standing behind the counter idle and did not offer assistance until several minutes had passed. This caused frustration and prompted me to approach the counter in order to receive the necessary assistance.

The hours are wrong. This location says it’s open till 8 but it closes at 7. I drove over here and worked my entire schedule around the time and they were closed. The hours need to be updated so people don’t waste their time. See attached photo.

Came here to drop off a fed ex package with a prepaid label and I stood in line for 15 minutes because there was 1 guy at the register. He was helping out some lady for 15 minutes while a huge line formed behind me. I’m sure it wasn’t the guy’s fault but they need more than one person working at that counter.

Worst service. It's a shame FedEx contracts with this store. Came in to send a prelabeled package... I HAD TO PAY FOR A RECEIPT!!!! An office/stationary/print store makes YOU pay for THEIR printing. Absolutely not. This SCREAMS "I'm going to steal your stuff"Aside from that, they're completely rude about it. Didn't address me with even a "hi" or "hello".
