Roxanna was AWESOME! If you are at a conference here in San Antonio, THIS should be your prime, go-to FedEx! She made sure I got what I needed and did a fabulous job on the print job. She was super professional and prompt and helpful. She did a test on my order to make sure it looks great…which it did! To top it all off, I am currently a tired and very pregnant lady in Texas. She even offered me a water so I didn’t have to go find one while I waited. I mean….how can I not write a review?! Thanks, Roxanna!

I tried calling this FedEx location phone number and first off.The phone system is super superfrustrating.I would give it a -100 if I could. I finally got to talk to a lady and she was helpful that she told me. There's a closer one that accepts stuff cheaper with no parking charge. But when I brought up the fact that I looked up. You have 2 weeks to turn in a pre-made shipping label and told her the date she didn't think there was a problem when there really wise because I called the other location. She told me to go to that I said was very far for me and they told me that they wouldn't have accepted it because it was over 7 days old, which online. It says 2 weeks so either way.I have to go back and get a new label before.I drive all the way over somewhere. I was just trying to get some information.If I don't have a printer, would they print out my label at no charge or not?And it was like pulling teeth. I still don't know the answer to that. I myself.
Would never use FedEx just because of this experience today, just trying to gobpitnofnmy way to Drop off a package to go back to the manufacturer because they sent me Something that wasn't what it was supposed to be and it actually made me sick and I had to go to the doctor. So i'm out all the way around.

I periodically receive heat sensitive packages that require refrigeration ASAP upon delivery. The FedEx team has always went above and beyond to promptly deliver the packages after processing. Thank you for expediting my packages with care and professionalism!

I was here at the apartment they were supposed to deliver to, I was told my apt# wasn't on my package. Thing is I had several orders delivered by the same company. Even though my orders were purchased in two orders they spread it out over three days. I was charged for all 3 orders.

I came in to pick up some printed documents for a client, only to realize that I had made a small copy mistake on the front page. One of the store associates, Keenan, was more than happy to help me make the change and print out new copies. Both Keenan and his colleague, Felicitas, were so kind and happy to unbind the document and re-bind them with the updated pages. They did so without complaint or hesitation & their friendliness was such a breath of fresh air. It made my day and I’d recommend this location to anyone!

On 3rd floor. charged more money per weight even on a prepaid label. No where to park.

Sent an Amazon package to the Grand Hyatt which was received by the FedEx office. 10USD handling fee to receive the parcel is outrageous.
