Man at front desk made me felt very bad because I didn't know how to attach file to emailed. Was there more than 15 minutes than I had to go back up there to ask for help. He still refuse to help until I asked for manager. Than he just stood there like he was scared to stand next to me or show me what I was not understanding.

Very poor customer service and very expensive service comparing with the other places it’s almost more than double price they charge me for colour drawings drawing 36 page $566.48 and because i need it in the same day they charged $87 they call out a priority in the spite of the store was empty
