I will never recommend this place, the manager (Shanelle) put wrong recipient's address even if I gave her a printed address. My package was missing due to the wrong delivery address inputted by her. My package was with insurance coverage, but no refund from FedEx for the signature issue she did not explain.
Terrible experience! They do not have a professional expertise.

I had multiple drop of so I went to associate instead of scanning in kiosk but associate forced me to scan into kiosk. He came out from the counter guide me to the kiosk and once I finished my scanning and returned the package to the associate he scanned it again from his side. Strange . If my scanning is not enough why he forced me to scan at first place and 2nd when he saw I have multiple packages why he made my experience so hard . He could just scan it and let me go. Usually I use fedex for my office work more than 4 years I am fully aware of all changes they make and how to use their device. Since the last manager has changed this store is a mess. None of the employees is well mannered except the manager her self. All employees sound very unprofessional and rude when the speak. I will try to avoid from fedex next time. FedEx will lose my business for sure.

Tina the manager is always helpful! She always has a warm & cheerful smile and expedites my order in a fast & timely manner! This is the BEST FedEx Office in San Antonio because of Tina!

They were quick to take my $156 to send my small package to Bangkok. Once in Bangkok, it was sent out for delivery twice and then...it vanished. FedEx does track when a package leaves their location and when it returns but in this case it was sent out for delivery and mysteriously never made it back to FedEx or to the address it was supposed to be delivered to. When I called FedEx, they transferred me to some international answering service and I was told that they do track the actual individual who drives it to the location. So I asked, "So can you ask him why the package was not scanned back in if he couldn't deliver?" FedEx said they could not share that information. I asked them for the name of the delivery driver so my family in Bangkok can go talk to the driver but they refused. They said I can file a claim. So I told them to go ahead and do that but they refused and said you have to go to their website to do that. So I did. The website keeps crashing. I can not file a claim. So I'm out of $156 and the FedEx driver gets to keep my package for his personal use. I will never use FedEx again and I do not recommend them. They should easily be able to track my package and it should not just mysteriously vanish. If FedEx comments to this then don't advise me to go to a website to file a claim. It doesn't work. I'll do a claim over the phone but that website is the worst.

Diana went above and beyond for me, even though another employee was asking for her help for customers who were walking in she didn't leave my side until she fulfilled my order which was GRATEFULLY APPRECIATED!!! She went over and above and this is the service that I can appreciate. She treated me fairly and made sure my requests of what I wanted was being fulfilled. Thank you Diana !!!

I have stopped by this location two times to drop off a packages, There’s a Hispanic guy works there, he tried to over price me for an empty box, each time I was there . He asked for 35$. I left the store and went to a different location and they only charged me 15$ for the box. The second time I was there he tried to scam me again and I told him that’s not what I paid at the other location and I showed him the receipt , he said that the other location made a mistake with me , obviously he was lying! So I went to UHaul and bout a box from there for 10$ and put the label on it and dropped it off .

The worst service and discrimination treatment by employees, a man. And 2 women out of three don't make one., I asked them for help and, if I liked a client who came in and it was easy,, just to get paid., they attended to it, I was waiting for a long time., THEY DON'T SERVE THEY DON'T KNOW., THEY DON'T HAVE QUALITY OF SERVICE .,0 empathy .,'

They had a NOW HIRING sign and I asked the manager if they are and he said “No” and I told him then “why have the sign up if you’re not hiring” and he said “ it’s because they’re hiring at other locations” which didn’t make any sense, but whatever sounds like they have a lot of false advertisement there

They found my phone! TSA Newark Airport.I can't say enough good things about Kaleb at this store. I was attempting to get shipping help to retrieve my smartphone which was missplaced at the airport in Newark. It involved printing of labels, tags, providing a return box and other actions.I had previously gone to a UPS store Bandera Rd @ 1604 for the same purpose. The franchisee wanted nothing to do with it and gave me a variety of reasons as to why not. It might have been over her head. Fine.Kaleb went through the steps and checked with me each time to ensure that I knew what he was doing to comply with TSA guidelines identified on the letter I received.All worked out well. I felt fully confident with what Kaleb was doing throughout the procedures to comply. The young man is an exemplery manager.

One of the employees there talk entirely too much, especially after a long day of work! What should take maybe 2-5 minutes takes about 20 minutes!
