Got made fun of by Memo for my limp. I just got out of a cast I’ve had on for two months. Asked him for help carrying some heavy boxes for my job from my truck and when I saw he didn’t follow me outside I went back inside and saw him fake limping to some girls laughing behind the counter. Made me feel really nasty about something in my passing, would hate to imagine the feeling of this being a permanent disability that I was getting made fun of. Unprofessional and just gross character. My manager said he will pay the gas for me to drive to the next closest fedex which is 17 minutes vs. this one that’s only 4 and unfortunately I will be accepting that offer going forward

Super quick and easy peasy. I needť° to print something out from an email on my phone. I took it to FedEx, forwarded it to them, and they printed it out for me. My only comment would be, they're kinda expensive. I paid $9.00 dollars for 22 printed pages. They printed it on pretty heavy extra white paper. I needed it 🙌 Those pesky burglars were at it again.

Exceptional Service at FedEx, Thanks to Jason and his team!
I can’t say enough great things about the outstanding service my wife and I received from Jason, the associate manager at the FedEx Office on Nacogdoches. My wife had emailed the location with a specific request for an image to be printed at a particular size. Jason promptly looked into our request and provided helpful recommendations to ensure the final product was exactly what we needed. The result was absolutely perfect—better than we could have hoped for!
Jason also guided us to the project table where we could make any necessary adjustments, which made the process so much easier and stress-free. He was attentive, professional, and truly made us feel valued as customers.
This location is my go-to for all printing needs—whether it’s resumes or large posters—and it’s because of the exceptional customer service. Jason sets a high standard as a leader, and his dedication ensures that every client is taken care of with professionalism and care. I’m confident this FedEx Office will continue to serve San Antonio with excellence, thanks to Jason and his incredible team. Highly recommended!

Let me start by saying I was a son trying to get everything ready for my mother funeral that was just the next day! I ran in probably scared everyone but they played it cool…. Assistant Manager Jason saved me life with one sentence “ let one run and let’s see what it does’ ( THANK YOU JASON ) and Lord have mercy the obituaries came out perfect! They took my order and had everything printed by 8am and I made it to services right on time! I thank you ladies for the help and Jason for just trying he could see I wasn’t good at all after hearing my problem! Just did what he could ?? MP

I have been using this store for several years. I find this staff to be exceedingly helpful, knowledgeable and helpful. Today I had a detailed pesky issue I needed help in solving immediately! (of course) Allison was patient while I was frazzled, and quickly solved my document repair and print issues while I panicked. I couldn't believe how easy she made it for me. Allison made my Friday a great day again!
THIS is MY go to Fed Ex Office. Allison, you ROCK!

The guy working at the counter was named Rube, but he should correct the spelling to Rude. He was clearly annoyed that someone was coming in near the end of the work day and made me feel awkward even asking for help. I was traveling for work so hopefully I'll never have to revisit this location. It is certainly atypical of FedEx.
