The woman who was working the desk, I want to say her name was Autumn, was rude when I attempted to make a return. I understand I needed a box, and the prepaid label was all that was prepaid, but when I asked how much a box and told her the item (a sleeping bag in a bag) condensed small, was she cut me off mid sentence and passive aggressively told me “I know I already am looking.” She proceeded to then explain with an attitude that it would cost $8 for the labor and tape for one box for a 1lb material item. Not returning to this location.

Great customer service and fast and I recommend this location to anyone who wanted shipping any boxes or mail anywhere and then Miss Adam she was helping me she took me right away and I’m going to post. The store is the smallest store but there’s a great customer service. I recommend this location to everyone

Took my money for over night delivery in the middle of bad weather and then didn’t refund when the package was delayed because of bad weather…. Don’t over promise if you can’t deliver.

Sharing that was the best experience I've ever had at a FedEx store! The manager there is amazing. Not only did he open up the door each time I came in with boxes, he provided a dolly for my big boxes and pushed it in when I came up the ramp and handled them from there. It seems none of the shipping stores employees bother to come open doors anymore and this was such a wonderful surprise. In fact went by ups after... and zero assistance or service like his store. Highly recommend using this FedEx store! I know I will use it again.

The driver of this delivery van should be reprimanded for speeding and reckless driving (license plate: PWD 4079). Yesterday, February 18th at 2:00pm he nearly ran me off the road. I had to go 84mph as seen in the attached photo, just to catch up to him to get his license plate number. I also have video footage have him weaving in and out of traffic and also driving in the HOV lane, which is illegal for a 1 passenger vehicle.I understand this location may not be responsible for the supervision of this particular driver. Please provide the information of the location that is responsible and I will move my review to that location.

Very uncomfortable . Fed ex employee asked to open box . After telling her I had important paper work she said there was no paper work in there .After looking again it was in there . I been shipping for over 20 years . 1st time ever where I had to open my box up in front of them .
