Went in to retake passport photos. I'd explained the situation and Kat was patient and took multiple photos to ensure we met the correct requirements for submission. The passport agent praised her work (after rejecting my initial photos), lol.

Do not go here, guy messed up address on an overnight delivery. It is like pulling teeth getting a refund, you cannot move forward without an account number. I have to dispute the charge with my bank. Have fun fighting navy federal.

GREAT FEDEX! No line you can tell everyone was busy and yet everyone had a smile and was eager to help. Whitney came to the rescue as this was my first time to this location she helped me with getting my package ready and scanning and when the scanner didn't work she went right away to another Register to quickly get my receipt printed and have me out the door in and out in <3 minutes I highly recommend this location and if you're lucky enough to have Whitney assist you then you'll enjoy her great customer service!

Went on Thursday morning to send an envelope ✉️ to my nieces school 🏫 ( for flat Stanley)they promised me it would be delivered to her school by April 18 before ends of school day 😞, today is Monday the 21st and I received a meeting saying it's been delayed WTF why do they keep trying to deliver IT when the school is closed SMH 😞. I called customer service and all Daniel can do is but in a complete but he can't guarantee it will be delivered. Poor service FedEx will never do business with FedEx again . I'll stick to UPS and postal service. I tried FedEx and they failed bad

Absolutely incredible staff. I had a short notice shipment of A lot of boxes and this team of employees not only helped me out but made me feel as though we had been lifelong friends. Very impressed with this staff and grateful for their level of support and professionalism

I needed last minute construction plans printed for a project starting the next day. Called FedEx after having a terrible experience with two other printing companies nearby - Jose was extremely helpful and helped with printing in less than 2 minutes versus the 30+ minutes I spent on dead ends at the other print shops in the area.

As someone who has dealt with harassment and stalkers, I'm very disappointed to kind of experience that here. Memo was the one to help me and we were having normal conversation. Just told him how my day was going and how I was delivering checks for the company I work for. I gave my name and number for return if necessary. Now I'm wondering if he used that information to find my social media, or if he went through the shops Instagram to find me when I NEVER gave him my information to contact me. He messaged me from two different accounts. It would be different if he asked about tattoos or my information to get one. He went out of his way to find my socials. I'm creeped out and uncomfortable. He did this within 5-10 minutes of me leaving FedEx. It's just odd and very unprofessional. I'm worried to even leave this review because I used my shops address as the return address as well. Now I wish I never did.

Great experience! I was having such a hard time getting invites printed else where. I went into FedEx and Christie was amazing she was patient and helpful and provided me with exactly what I needed. She was awesome!
