Impossible to get anyone on the phone, confusing set up. The only good thing is security is really nice. They helped get someone who was able to help me. Do not recommend this facility as a whole though.

They were very helpful as I was returning a printer. They printed the label for me... I was in and out very quickly--thanks FedEx

Costumer service terrible, to make questions it has to be the questions that they want not what you need to ask on the automated system service
