My package keeps getting pushed off!!! Its supposed to be here on the 13th this month, the first attemp was unsuccessful and the proof of delivery they put was photo that they cover the lense with their hands! Signature is not even required and we have camera I never see anybody attempted delivery, they keep delaying it! It's already July 16th, and they pushed again for tomorrow July 17th!! So frustrating. I called fedex customer service to file complaint.

As a business, we've encountered issues with deliveries arriving before 8 AM, when our store is still closed. Our attempts to arrange pickup through online chat and AI voice assistance were unsuccessful. We only found resolution by calling and speaking with a representative, but each request takes over two days to approve, resulting in further delays of more than 10 days before we receive a package.

A package was scheduled to be delivered on a certain date, and three days later, I still didn't receive my package. I called every FedEx phone number I could find, and nobody knew where my package was other than it was on a truck somewhere. Customer service was very unhelpful and didn't have any knowledge of the tracking. The app was just as bad. This service totally sucks.

I was supposed to have package delivered between 2:45pm and 4:45 pm to my business today. We are closed on Fridays and it was a rather expensive piece of equipment, so I made arrangements to be there during those times. They attempted delivery at 12:13 pm. Piss poor company, with piss poor customer service and piss poor drivers.

Deliveries are always delayed no matter the condition. Will add a star everytime i get a package on time.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone, confusing set up. The only good thing is security is really nice. They helped get someone who was able to help me. Do not recommend this facility as a whole though.

I HATE FedEx! If I find out the store I'm buying from is going to use them to deliver my package, I immediately cancel the order. I ordered a guitar once and never saw it, thanks to them. They would show up to deliver it when no one was home, even though I called them several times to let them know the hours we would be at home; OK, they would tell me, and still try to deliver at a time I had told them I would not be there. I lost the 60.00 insurance fee I had paid,but they didn't care. I HATE them! Do not use FedEx! I had to give them one star, but they deserve zero.

LAZY drivers that do not actually notify or come up to house to deliver items. Just drive by and mark not home. unacceptable and disappointing service. Customer service is just as bad, unhelpful and unwilling. refuse to give number or address for fedx location so that i could go pick the package up in person, since their drivers are incapable of doing their jobs.

We were home awaiting the delivery requiring signature; the driver missed the expected delivery window, was late, and didn't even attempt to deliver to our house. Instead, they just stuck a tag with no explanation on the mailbox at the road, down the driveway. I called and was able to get in touch with dispatch who they said he was too far away to turn around at that point. I didn't know that FedEx requires you to stand outside on the road in the rain for hours beyond their expected delivery window in order to be able to receive packages. Thanks!

so disappointed in FedEx and the driver that delivered my package to the wrong address. The street names are not even similar. I contacted customer service, and they said it would take 24-48hrs for a resolution. Thankfully for google search I was able to locate the address that the package was delivered to. I offered to give them the (incorrect) address it was sent to and they said to wait the 24-48hrs for their resolution. Now to try to get my package back from those people. My package is worth $300.00 I am so disappointed with the careless of the company and driver.

I will now as a business be using UPS exclusively as well as filing a suit in small claims against Fedex to compensate me for the amount of time these negligent contractors have cost me over the last year. This is absolutely the worst business model, ever. there's a reason they're cheaper. I will literally refuse to sell to any customer that requests Fedex as a shipper from here on out.
