If I could give no stars, I would! I talked to four representatives and spent an hour on the phone. Each one of them assured me everything was fine but then two days later I get another call and guess what it was about? You guessed it! My ADDRESS!!! The fourth person told me my package cannot be delivered and that I would have to pick it up! Every chance I get, I will not be using FedEx. I will just stick with Amazon.

Again another failed delivery! I received an email stating the driver tried to deliver and said the business was closed. The place was open and the time the supposed delivery took place was 4:19 PM Friday, DEC 1st. At that time the place was open and when I asked the lady that has worked there for 9 years said that there was not a fed ex truck that had attempted to make a delivery. How did she know that? because there are cameras at the entrance! The only deliveries that come to this place are UPS & Fed Ex. UPS was their because I had 2 packages delivered from them. The Lying driver whoever he was never attempted a delivery at all! I think that the regular driver was off and another driver was doing the route. If it would have been the regular he knows the routine. Pull up to the gates, hit the call button and deliver the goods! I would sure like to find out who the route manager is for this location in San Antonio! This is just another example of the terrible service, yet retailers keep using them because they are cheap and they do not hear about their products not getting delivered when they are suppose too! Also most of the drivers are contract drivers. They could care less if you get your stuff ontime and in one piece!

FEDEX GROUND sucks!! First delivery date scheduled for a Friday, never came. Second delivery date scheduled for the following day, Saturday, never came. Its Sunday and they still have not updated the delivery date. Says delivery date unavailable. What?!?!

Absolutely horrible customer service. FedEX claims package delivery until i provided video tape footage that my package was never delivered. Tying to get past the automated phone messaging service is almost impossible. When you do reach someone, it's a call center in the Phillipines and they are useless. NEVER AGAIN!

Sitting at home and was just told via email that deliveries were attempted but couldn’t reach me.Update: received a replacement order that is still damaged. This station is the worst.

I ordered 154.00 steam mob online and a week later FedEx send me an email that it has been delivered but when I went outside it wasn't there I have mistakenly put 714 instead of 744 when I went to look for that address I found out that it doesn't exist but when I tried to locate it a second time I noticed it on the front porch of a house number 716 app so the driver decided that he couldn't find the address and he was just going to leave it at a stranger's house instead of trying to contact me .Terrible terrible terrible and totally unacceptable. When I told FedEx about the situation they denied any wrong doing. What kind of organization is this?

I work here as a delivery driver. This is an inside scoop as to why your stuff gets damaged or lost. We are literally drowning in packages in 100°+ weather majority of the year. Trucks are stuffed to the point you have no choice but to climb the pile in search for your next stop. They are literally killing people with their methods of operation. This facility is a circus, and wreaks incompetence. I'm a "good" driver half the day as for the other half I'm simply just trying to make it through the day alive!

Don’t ever use fed ex as a shipper they steal packages and never want to take responsibility for it. They stoled a package from me and now either fed ex or adidas want to pay me back. The package claimed to be delivered but never was delivered to my house. The driver clearly made that package disappear! Bottom line is that they steal and it’s bad business.

Failed to deliver my package. Drove to the station and they said I could pick it up the next day. Came back the next day and it had been returned to the sender.

Do not use FedEx San Antonio, my package WAS NOT delivered and the status shows delivered to storage . I repeat DO NOT use FedEx . Their Drivers don’t take pictures and don’t DELIVER . My package must be found and I won’t take it likely.

Got home to a box that looked like this. Not only was this sent from my brother in law, NOT PRIME but the lazy person who delivered it did not bother to walk up to my house where he could have plainly saw my house numbers that are four inches tall, but he chose to leave it at my neighbors house whom I know very well and would not lie about how she received the package on her porch. It looked as if he dropped kicked it to her porch. This was shipped out FED EX GROUND.

AWFUL! I do not understand how the FedEx drivers have no accountability! My FedEx driver is a thief. He says he delivers packages but leaves the ones he wants at vacant homes or gates and takes vague pictures that says they were delivered. Amazon pays the claim and the driver just gets to continue on to another victim. I have called the police, FedEx customer service, my local news channel, etc., this is a real thing and it’s NOT ok. I ordered a greenhouse for my birthday and it was 92lbs(not easy to misplace), he says he delivered it and took a picture. The time he says he delivered is a lie, I have a camera up that has time stamps, the house he took a picture of was not my home and no house like that any where around mine, the pdf proof doesn’t even have an address. I am not the only person that he has done this too. So, I didn’t get my greenhouse for my birthday and I am out $360 and still waiting for my claim to be processed and refunded to me. I would use USPS and stay away from FedEx.

Fed Ex left my package besides my mailbox out in the rain at 6:30pm. They didn't even walk up the driveway and deliver it to my front door. It was a dress from Saks Fifth Ave that cost 730.00. I received notice it was delivered but there was nothing by my front door. I decided to walk and look by the mailbox and there it sat getting wet and available for anyone to steal it. Very unprofessional delivery service. Businesses need to use UPS to ensure their products are protected and customers are satisfied.

Drivers do not follow instructions. I left sign on my door to knock hard since I work from home. Driver did not follow instructions now I’m going to have to pick up pkg that requires a signature. This is why I prefer UPS they follow instructions.?
