Came here for a printing book for my daughters school project. Associates were very helpful, special thanks and appreciation to Mr. Stephen, who patiently answered all questions, helped me and walked me through the entire process.

So the business was an excellent experience. Staff very helpful, welcoming, friendly. As for the actual service...HORRIBLE!!!!! My first and LAST time using FedEx to send anything. I could have driven it myself and got it there sooner. Supposed to be 2 day express. It wasn't 2 days it was effing 4! And it wasn't anyways close to express. Asked for a case to be opened to find the package after 2 days. Haven't heard back from them yet. But I was told by the receiver that it was just delivered. Now I no why they charge the same as USPS...because they are just as inept!!!!.

David at the FedEx on I -10 and the Huebner Oaks Shopping Center was AWESOME!!! He greeted me when I walked in and asked me what I needed. I told him I needed to overnight a letter and he advised that I only had 5 mins. He quickly and efficiently conducted business and I left a very happy person. FYI folks, if you need to overnight a letter, this location is the latest FedEx that sends overnights other than the busy FedEx by the airport. The latest you can send overnight at I-10 is 7pm. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!!!!

Went to print here and had an amazing experience!
Vinny gave me a great plan for creating advertisement business cards and flyers for my retro camcorder resell business! Give Vinny a raise now!! He multitasked and helped me and another customer with patience, understanding, and overall great customer service.
Printers worked flawlessly with my usb drive. I converted my PDFs to JPG prior because the last location I went to couldn’t print them correctly.

Very helpful employees! I came in with a pre printed label that wasn't scanning. They had me email them the label, they printed a new one, and put it in a new envelope for me. Saved me a trip home and back. Friendly as well
