I came here on April 25th to drop off an expensive package that I was returning. A month later, (May 19th) the sender notified me that they haven't received the package. My experience with the staff was frustrating, particularly with a person named Frank, who was quite hostile. He repeatedly insisted that I didn’t have a shipping label, but I actually did. Fortunately, someone else stepped in and helped me after I provided the label that Frank claimed I didn’t have.
They assured me they would take care of the return, but it didn't sound convincing at the time, and now I’m certain that they did not send it back to the recipient. I advise caution with this location; they may give you attitude and could potentially lose your package, resulting in financial loss, as for my case.
I had to come in person to speak to someone about this matter Sheryl told me I had to file a claim and that was all they could help me with. As for Frank his face was if he had seen a ghost as soon as we locked eyes. I certainly know he did something to my package, he is not to be trusted, sketchy people work here.

One of my packages needed a new label and the lady who assisted me went above and beyond to help me. I was able to print the label there and she took care of it right away. Very pleased with the customer service!

If your passport photo camera is not working please print a sign to let your customers know. After standing inside for a while since there was only worker and calling before hand we were told the cameras aren't working. It's fine that the cameras are not working but please inform your staff to tell people the correct information.

Had some business cards printed here. They were ready same day, and even when they came out with some mistakes due to printing tones, they immediately took ownership, re ran the order with a much better print quality and had them ready that same day, at no cost. Sheryl was the person who helped me out through this. Thank you!

We had a great experience with Rachel & Anna. We came in with family to reprint an old spiral bound family history book. They helped us unspiral it, walked us through the copy machine setup, helped us print, then rebound the original at no cost. We just paid for the printing. Great service and very helpful all around. We'll be back for sure.

If I could put negative stars, I would. Tiffany and Sheryl are by far the most crude, incompetent, obtuse, imbecilic, repulsive, and ignorant women that I have ever encountered in my entire life. I understand that you could only qualify for a job that pays $13.97/hour but it is literally not anyone else's fault. To be so hideously disgusting for absolutely no reason is insane.
To Rachel, the manager- I'm sure you're just as sickening as the two women in the front, considering they were extremely confident and happy to have you come assist them after being deplorable to me. I can only imagine how terrible the woman that trained them is.
Corporate will continue to be contacted.

Worse service I've ever received period. Two lady's just chatting it up, offered no help. Wasted 10 dollars just trying to get the comouter to work. Does anyone do their job anymore??

Upon entering, I was warmly greeted by Tiffany and Sheryl, and I then said “you’re gonna know me….I’m Seth.”“You’re Seth! We’ve been waiting for you.” It was an epic reception and pleased me greatly thus shipping FedEx as we exclusively do. Rachel rounded out my experience showing that she’s the best kind of manager your company could ever have.

Wow here I was thinking I had an awesome interview and was told I would hear something by end of business day tomorrow and I get an email stating that they went with another candidate and couldn't even get feedback as to what I did wrong during the interview.....
