I found it interesting that the older gentleman went out of his way to acknowledge a customer that came in after me.
Then walked over to the shipping area (where I was) looked right at me and said nothing. BUT spoke to the same customer behind me. Hmmmm….
Now you don’t have to speak to everyone (your prerogative) but I found it very interesting…..
Anyway I’ll just know not to return to this location.

When I shipped internationally i was not made aware of extra fees. They did not want to help. It would have been different if they told me about those expectations instead of getting a call that there are more fees that no one knew about it.

The people that work at this center are super nice and helpful. The office is clean and well-organized. Every time I go to make copies or use the computer services (which has been for several years), I know I’m free to do what I need to do independently but also know that should I need help, the associates always willing to assist with a smile and positive attitude.

These people at this location are so RUDE! The woman at the counter didn't even know some Fed Ex locations do provide notary services and that FedEx has an online 24/7 notary service, but wanted to argue with me about it and insist I didnt know what I was talking about. This isn't the first time I've had an unpleasant experience with customer service here. Decided to leave a review this time after giving several opportunities for improvement that did not happen. Maybe it's just a San Antonio thing. Strange place!

there was a woman associate at this location that helped me print something and she was so kind and friendly!!! i wish i had gotten her name. she rang me up for $4.61 after i had printed out some documents at about 1:20 pm on 9/11/2024. i almost never leave reviews but she was so nice that i had to :) thanks again.

Went to make a small purchase. Lee let me wait & wait & never spoke, did not acknowledge while I stood at a check out counter. He finally told me to go to another check out station. He has no interpersonal skills. The ypung woman with long, blonde hair checked me out quickly & politely.
