My box had eight arrows pointing upwards EIGHT! Fragile stickers all over it, and bright yellow perishable stickers on it, showing that this was a very important box, and it needed to be stored upright. When I walked in, they had it stored on its side, when there was plenty of room to storage it Upright, they just didn’t care or pay attention. I even brought this to the attention of the guy helping me and he really didn’t care. This was a very expensive very important package that needed to be stored upright!

Never walked into a FedEx location and been so rudely treated and talked to. Will never go to this location ever again.

I’m not sure the last time I got customer service like this stuff. I just experienced at the FedEx store by Walmart. It was pretty awesome. I’ll go back there for literally everything I need printed from now on.

Whitney helped me yesterday and I can not say enough about how nice and helpful she was. She took her time, paid attention to details on my order, and contacted me as soon as my order was ready. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and helping customers in a timely manner.

Store was clean and organized. I had trouble with my documents being accepted by the automated printing service and Javier went above and beyond to help me get everything situated. The other staff members were all courteous and professional. Will definitely be back in the future.

I bought shipment cover for my package in front of the store agent and sent a time sensitive package. They only suggested ground instead of expedited because I had two days time to reach… but the package got delayed and the customer care said my package was done with small cover and so they had to repackage … and they couldNot help reroute saying it is on transit. This is horrible and my package is struck…

I'm not sure about the usual protocols on shipping since the most I do are returns to Amazon (that's UPS only), so this was my first time there.The store was very clean, open, and tidy. I was greeted right away, and they were very helpful throughout the whole process. I was there for a package to be shipped for repairs, so the shipping cost was already covered. Because of that I have no idea about their prices.Sadly, the label I printed off at home wasn't the best due to my old printer. Thankfully, they helped me with that and were very knowledgeable. For some reason, when I forwarded the original email with the link to the shipping label, it didn't work! The link pulled up nothing. It didn't even pull up on my phone. But they found a workaround and had me covered.Even if they were out of the way, I would definitely go here if I'm able to because of my first and very good experience.

Having them business on small training, not only do they overcharge for their mistake, but very unprofessional. I can’t imagine why they deal with federal packages and addresses if they can’t simply do an easy task, never again.

John is amazing and super kind! I can't be happier and I can't ask for a better person to help me. He is dedicated, super friendly and delightful, especially since the shipents were bulky and heavy but he went above and beyond to help us carry the items and loaded them to our truck. I can't be more grateful for him. Thank you!

Couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the store to ask a question. A call center rep states they don’t have phones or numbers to call. Call center couldn’t help me at all, and couldn’t even transfer to the store to get a straight answer. I hate when I have to use FedEx it’s never a good experience.Bots/AI are the only 5 star reviews.
