Whoever my FedEx driver is out here in my area needs to be fired. Anybody that would lay put a door tag on a mailbox out by the street instead of walking up to the door and hanging it on the door oughta be fired and then he brings it and then he doesn’t put it on the door it down on the cement on my front porch and doesn’t bother to ring the doorbell for me to come to the door what kind of FedEx guy is that but I’ve got the manner taken care of thanks to a great representative named Eric. They’re gonna send it to the FedEx location here by my home and I’m gonna go pick it up And I’m gonna inform everybody that I ship with to never use FedEx if they do I’m not gonna order from them. Jasmine seemed desperate to be unhelpful and moved at a painfully slow pace. Andrew seemed cheerful and helpful so I didn't rate the store a one.

Rude service. The person working the front acted like she didn’t want to help me and then acted like she didn’t know what to do herself. I literally just needed a packing slip printed and the kiosk wasn’t working. There was no one else in the store but me, and it seemed I was inconveniencing her. I do not go to FedEx unless I absolutely have to and unfortunately my delivery required it. I ended up leaving the store without even sending my package off. UPS is so much better.

I didn’t catch her name but a female employee did an amazing job in taking passport photos of my toddler. She had him stand on a chair so the white background would be behind his head and took several pictures. she was so patient with him and managed to take one despite him moving his head frequently.

I had a disappointing experience. I needed to ship back some equipment and was in the process of labeling the boxes provided by my former employer when Kristy approached me. As the store manager, I expected her to be helpful, but unfortunately, she was quite rude. She insisted that I couldn't ship my items unless I paid extra for additional packaging, despite my efforts to prepare them already. Feeling upset and frustrated, I decided to leave.
Fortunately, I found great assistance at the Huebner Fed Ex Office. Andrew went above and beyond to help me with my shipment, ensuring everything was properly taken care of. If you're looking for excellent service, I highly recommend the Huebner location.

I had an awesome experience here today. Stephen was very kind and helpful. I was nervous about getting something shipped out and I felt myself calm down. Wish I had taken a photo of my new best friend.

Hands down the best printing quality and customer service I received. I print lots of things for my work and any time I come into the store they’re super helpful. The online printing services are great and they’ve even assisted me with some last-minute rush jobs. My favorite place to print anything, 100%.

I did the online passport service they offer. I was able to get a passport photo and print out my passport application and submit at the same time and location (money order had to be obtained at a bank).Friendly and helpful staff.

I went into this FedEx store with a return shipment. However, upon arriving with my two-year-old, and I learned my return needed to be dropped at UPS. Seeing I had my hands full the staff took my box, packed it for me, covered the existing label and attached my new label for me. They went above and beyond to lend a helping hand. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thank you so much for your help and kindness today. I truly appreciate you!!
