FedEx Office Print & Shipping Center in San Antonio is a lifesaver! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help—whether you're printing last-minute documents or shipping something important. The store is clean, well-stocked, and the self-serve kiosks make quick jobs a breeze. I especially appreciated how easy it was to print directly from my phone. Highly recommend for anyone needing fast, reliable service with a smile!

The staff here is the reason that I will never be back. I spoke to the manager, Krystal and it is clear why the staff act the way they act because she did the same. It’s clear everyone in that establishment needs retraining and a corporate leader to come in and monitor until it changes. Do better. You only have a job because of customers that come, it’s simple if you are unhappy there’s a thousand other behind the scenes jobs you can get so you don’t have to spread negativity to guests in your establishment. It’s called customer service.

Reggie helped me out tremendously today. I needed funeral programs printed ASAP for services on Easter Monday. Reggie helped get my order processed and completed, even after I selected the wrong date for my online order. He came to the rescue! Thanks so much!

The website says they do passports and photos, but they do not. Their camera has been broken for some time and they “can’t cut the picture as needed”.
Get a new camera or update your system.

Staff is absolutely incompetent. I went in to scan some architectural drawings and I had to troubleshoot their own scanner. Terrible customer service and no manager to supervise.

Very Rude! Don’t use this location if you want an overnight shipment to get somewhere in less than a week.

The workers were very rude and unhelpful. They couldn’t print my labels in the check out and I had to go a computer to print them and stick them in a box. I asked if I could send the labels by email and they said yes and then when it was time to leave they said no. Very uncomfortable situation.

I needed an important artwork document printed for a wedding. I took my digital file with me and spoke with Jonathan Before I even went there because I was referred by another store that could not print that large of a document. He was very helpful on the phone and made me want to go over there and work with him. He told me he was busy but that he would do his very best to get that done as soon as possible and yes, he said I can even help you with this. Later that afternoon I got a confirmation that they had received my document and I picked it up the next day. I was so surprised about the quick turnaround and they also did a really beautiful job on everything. The colours were gorgeous and it was very detailed. In today’s times it’s always wonderful to have someone say “yes I can help you ,” and really mean it and Follow through. When I went over to pick out my paper stock for the image in the beginning I saw how Extremely busy he was but was so helpful to everyone and never seem to get rattled about how busy he really was. Another thing, when I picked up the document, everyone had smiles and they were genuinely Interested in helping everyone. There need to be more Jonathans in the world And More places like FedEx office around.

Website doesn’t reflect services actually offered in store. I’ve long tried to avoid this location due to poor service in the past, but needed a quick turn on passport photos. Checked the website and made the trip only to be turned away.
