The prices are not competitive with box stores. There was a time when prices were much lower than box stores as well as their competitive suppliers.

Customer service provide by Glenn went above and beyond our expectations. For our renovation, we had purchased multiple items from Ferguson. We also purchased a light fixture from another vendor who went out of business and when the fixture failed, the manufacturer would not work directly with me as a consumer. I reached out to Ferguson who sells the same brand and Glenn generously stepped in and worked through the process to get us replacement parts. Really appreciate his willingness to help out when they didn’t sell the original fixture – defines great customer service in my book.

Do not recommend. We walked in and the front receptionist was not welcoming. She had a scowl on her face upon us entering the establishment (we did enter at 450pm). We were not asked if we needed any assistance while there and when it was 5pm she came up to us and informed us that it was 5pm and they were now closed. We did have our kids with us and perhaps they are not kid friendly, regardless, she made sure to inform us of their hours and failed to tell all the other clients in the building. Please make sure you have proper etiquette prior to selling high end merchandise to your target demographic. Either train your staff properly or fire your front desk receptionist. Extremely disappointed.

One word describes this establishment unprofessional and the women at the front desk are the WORST....I truly wish they would do a management Makeover.This has been going on for 5 yrs or more!!!!Actions speaks louder than words make a change!!!!

I cannot believe I am not able to speak to someone at this or any other location without going through a corporate office. If I wanted to speak to corporate, I would have called them. I have called 4 times over a period of 45 minutes, and STILL not able to speak to anyone at the N Park location in San Antonio. I am beyond disappointed in Ferguson! This is the WORST company!

My wife and I stepped in here for the first time after being advised by 2 people to come here for kitchen Hood Cover that would be customized. Minute we entered in the front desk ladies were snotty and never greeted us. The showroom sales staff never greeted us and at one point one lady past us and said absolutely nothing neither gave eye contact. Sales staff went to customers they felt had money. Sadly, after such a beautiful showroom I will take my business elsewhere. My wife and I were loaded with money on things we liked there...we honestly wanted quality and declined buying from Lowe's ect. Now after feeling we were judged by way we dressed and possibly discriminated because we weren't typical white & dresses to T. Sadly y'all lost over 10k in profit and commission and we will never refer you to friends or family that too come from wealthy sides. Yeah I'm the dude that went up the steps while y'all waited till I got mid way and then told me there were offices up there when you could a told me before I headed on up. This place deserves 0 stars for horrible staff that discriminates people by appearance and race....unless you white you'll get customer service like every white customer I came across in there.

This is going to be a mixed review. I was there for a recent bathroom remodel. I made an appt.Pros: Large showroom with fixtures from multiple manufacturers. Organized well with pieces that are mounted on acrylic blocks so that you can move them around the showroom to see how it coordinates with other pieces. The sales reps also have large catalogs for everything else. Cons: This might be specific to the rep that I had. She started with her saying that she couldn't wait until the end of the workday. Yes, we just sat down. I already selected most of my pieces before the appt, but I still needed to confirm those choices with a professional.Unfortunately, multiple items were entered in duplicate and the appropriate first-time customer discount wasn't applied even AFTER I specifically pointed it out. She even tried to convince me that it was by saying that it was "built into the prices".I was willing to pay more for professional services to make sure all pieces were purchased correctly. Instead I felt like I had to babysit the whole process which is exactly what I wanted to avoid. Returns were difficult. We had unexpected, necessary remodeling changes, so I had a few returns. The rep entered them in a strange way, so it took over 3 weeks to get it resolved. She stopped responding to my emails and it was only after my contractor called (male) that I got some traction.
