Horrible customer service. Delivery timing is unacceptable. Lost order requests, Wrong delivery address, failure to show up. No communication. No way to reach local site. We have run out of propane several times because driver does not show up or does not get the order

Stopped by to get my 20 lb tank filled. José was super nice, very polite, and took care of me right away. Drive through the gate and the filling station is in the rear. They are closed on the weekend, Mondays, and from 12-1 PM for lunch.

We have always had an issue with Ferrell. Like others have stated, you don't see a delivery for 2 to 3 weeks. I've asked numerous time to please call ahead due to gate issues. The customer service person was short with me and said they had too many customers to give that kind of service. On that note I'm moving on because of them being uncaring.P.s. The delivery driver is wonderful!

If you are trying to get a propane tank for your property do not go to these guys. Every department was not professional at all, from the account manager to the service dispatcher. The only bright side was the install technician. First things first they promised me an install date that they then canceled on. Then the dispatcher was very rude when I asked for a days notice to install so we can ensure our small ranch was open and someone was onsite. The called me one morning that they were on the way we had to reschedule. Then they did not fill the tank they had to do that at a later date, and again they called me in the morning that they were in their way for that with no one at the ranch had to reschedule. It’s been a disaster, service in the world has gone to trash.

Their turn around time for delivery is the worst for the Boerne area! I am used to 2-3 days at most but typically next day delivery with my old propane company. We bought this new house 2 years ago and the previous owners leased the tank from Ferrellgas. So I can only use them to fill it. They tell you to call when the tank is around 30% full but they should change that to 50% because every delivery has taken 2-3 weeks and that is after a few follow up phone calls. This isn't just during peak times either. I have also had them come to fill the tank after the order was already filled. If we weren't leasing the tank from them I would definitely go somewhere else for our refills. Guess it is time to start looking into purchasing a tank.

Sooooo i havent even received my order and im gonna just leave this now, before it gets worse. Was told on the 18th when i ordered my propane that it would be by the 23rd. 23rd rolls around no one showed up. No calls or txt or emails. I reach out and get told they are behind itll be by monday the 28th. I call today the 30th and was told im on route for today to get my delivery. Nothing..... canceling as,soon as i get my order

Customer service has gone down the drain, they used to call to check if I needed a refill, they don't do that anymore. You schedule a fill up service and then they don't show up, they don't even bother to call to let you know that they weren't coming or to reschedule. So much for taking care of Veterans. Canceled my account with them immediately the next day after 6 yrs.
