I don’t even know where to begin. I believe the employee who assisted me was named Charles. I clearly explained that my vehicle was turning off at red lights and specifically requested a diagnostic test to determine why the engine was shutting off.
I was charged $138 for a very basic scan using a laptop, which he admitted could not guarantee identifying the problem. Instead of focusing on the issue I brought the car in for, he went on to talk about unrelated items like my air filter and brakes, which felt completely irrelevant and honestly frustrating.
After that, I was told that if I wanted an actual, in-depth electrical diagnostic, it would cost another $115. That should have been clearly explained from the beginning. It felt like a tactic to upsell rather than genuinely diagnose the problem I came in for.
As a customer, I wasn’t looking for the cheapest shortcut—I was looking for clear answers and competent diagnostics. Unfortunately, this experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, as if the focus was more on talking than actually solving the issue.
Management really needs to evaluate how diagnostics are explained and performed at this location. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this Firestone location.

I always have a very good experience at this Firestone location. The manager Mr Charles is so respectful, knowledgeable, and makes the whole process very easy. The team always works quickly and provide quality work. I appreciate the transparency and professionalism.

Great service and understanding and respect from Rockie. I requested hand torked to be done on my tires due to past problems with rotors getting warped Rockie was so sweet about it. In the past at other tire places I have been treated rudely when requesting this. Rockie put me at ease regarding my request. I'm very great full to him. And Jakob was very thorough with my alignment. As well as trying to determine another issue my car was having in trying to locate the noise in the front end. And none of this cost me anything due to purchasing a lifetime alignment when I purchased my tires about a year ago. Not sure if knowing that made a difference. It didn't seem to as the quality of service I received. Drove away feeling safe. So great full to both gentlemen. 🤗

Came only for a safety inspection and watched the tech ding my door.
First he parked my truck right up against another car, then he got into that car while hitting my truck with the door. Left a dent. Their techs don't give a damn
