I expected better I wish they would have had given me a better attitude willing in telling me detail by detail
Didn't even offer to explain make me feel very uncomfortable I wish they would have had a better attitude as a woman I wish they would have taken their time and explaining to me step by step not satisfied at all I'm very disappointed. This place needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau I didn't know that there was so many complaints I would have never gone to this place very very disappointed the worst of the worst places

This place was amazing. I originally had a late afternoon appt but within a few minutes of scheduling online I was asked if I'd like to come in earlier. When I got there Stephen was so nice and I told him I was on a time crunch and had only 2 hrs before I needed to pick up my kids from school. The amazing techs got my brakes and rotars done ASAP! They even called me with some other recommendations. Very professional and absolutely the best service. Thank you all for taking care of my needs and ensuring my and my childrens safety!!!

After having a bad experience at the Potranco location, I came to this firestone. Got an alignment and new tires. Paul was very nice and got the job done in a timely manner. Will definitely be coming back!!

Very Unsatisfied 😡 what's your so-called warranty policy Good For Just To Sell You The The Tires Because they don't want to do nothing and everything is not covered by the Warranty Something is always Wrong Not Covered So you need to buy it New it's not worth it, Warranty is not even worth it!!! You really don't have any, Twice I bought tires for the truck all around and a warranty it's always something that's wrong and didn't cover nothing Not Going There Again 😡 and Tell You One Thing and The Bill Shows Something Else😕 NOT GOOD AT ALL ...

I purchased the lifetime alignment . The 1st time they service my alignment was the only time I can actually see the difference on my vehicles tires , ever since every alignment service , seems they don't do anything to my wheels . I can literally see my vehicles tires facing opposite directions . There's always and excuse that "jeeps are supposed to be that way ". Ive done research and jeep wheels are supposed to be aligned like any other vehicle. Plus i know that because I have 2 jeeps and the other jeep wheels are straight .

I paid a about 384 dollars to have my car diagnosed because two check engine codes came up. When I got my car pack I still had the original 2 check engine codes plus another two check engine codes. I stayed about an hour and fifteen longer so they could fix it. Still have the same check engine codes and from every “test drive” they did they said they “forgot” to do something which is why the codes were coming up. I’m usually understanding but they took it for a test drive three times and came up with a reason every time. I usually do car work myself but decided to trust someone else with fixing it. Never again. Not to mention when I opened the hood to inspect things myself I found 3 clips that were broken off.the customer service is great, but the actual service is not. Also another Firestone scratched my wheel when replacing it and refused to admit fault even though I had proof. Ladies and gentlemen please steer clear from any firestone and find yourself a reputable mechanic or learn to do it yourself even if you mess up and add more check engine codes to your car it’s the same as if u took it to fire stone only you didn’t have to pay 384 dollars for them to do that.
EDIT: steer clear from this place I thought the contact below would help even a little, but after emailing them I received no reply after 10 days. This company will break your vehicle and ignore you after. The store itself repaired what they did wrong but I continue to have check engine light. Very disappointed in my first time there.

Slow and inefficient. They put the wrong filter on. Avoid them unless you want to wait a LONG time and damage your vehicle. The manager, Paul, didn't care that the incorrect filter was installed. He is incompetent and runs a poor operation.

Well, they are a scam, they tell you that they solve the problem and they don't just scam you with the cost, my expensive friend, I trusted them for an alignment that in the end gave me parts that I had to replace this time.

I dropped my truck off for an oil change and inspection they told me it would be an hour and a half they called me 3 hours later and informed me i would need wiper blades to pass inspection without mentioning the cost when I went to pick my truck up the bill had gone from 90 to 170 I know that they are trained to upset but wiper blades do not cost the same as an oil change if 0 stars was an option they would deserve it
