Alex at the military location next to South Park mall was very informative I was very pleased with his communication and straight forward approach. He was able to help me get my 2016 Carolla back up and running and ABS sensor fixed. Will continue to be using this location and asking for Alex !

They charged me $120 just to do nothing with my car. I highly suggest that you would never come here and use anyone else.

Did not do wat was expected took them one day and 1/2 just to inspected that would cost me over 7000 dollars all the want is your money

The personal were professional and friendly and got got my car in for service on schedule.
My oil change 45 minutes not a couple of hours from my appointment time as before.

Took my truck in for an alignment @ store# 020397 @ 4:17 pm - 6:25 pm and it came out leaking major oil im looking into taking legal actions for this. The Employee who worked on my 2005 Chevy Avalanche on the Feb 14, 2025 refused to take accountability. My truck was not leaking oil I have video proof of the undercarriage before the service was performed. I left my truck in the care of Ricardo Service Advisor of the facility and they are liable for my damages because it was driven by the employee of Firestone nobody will take accountability ability for my truck leaking oil. The employee at the front refused to listen to me or let me speak with the service manager Ricardo 3 of Firestone Employees argued with me & said that it was already like that and that they're not responsible for the damages.

I already used my car care coupon for a full vehicle inspection for $9.99. I am following the list and fixing the problems on my to do list. The problem is that my truck horn now does not work. The mechanic recommends that all four struts be replaced but they each cost $149 each at the auto parts store. It can get expensive 🌟🌟🌟

Well what was supposed to be a basic oil change and tire rotation turned out to be a 2.5 hour appointment due to my oil housing needed to be replaced. They stated highlanders come with a plastic housing…and seemed fully aware but managed to still somehow break it!

They had our vehicles serviced in a good amount of time. I purchased the lifetime warranty for both my vehicles. Guys were very helpful and friendly.

Big fan of this place., it’s going through a transformation.(construction) But these guys are still very professional and hardworking… I was very impressed with “Geovanni” and his team.. they haven’t missed a beat. They show a great spirit., and handle all of their customers with great respect . What stood out to me is the fact that they educate their customers..about pending work., I sat there in the workplace bay and was just listening.. to customers who were talking.. got some good vibes… these guys rock.. not being paid for my opinions… SARGE/U.S.M.C.

I am grateful to have a Firestone location near me and that they open so early. I was able to get same-day service. The alignment on my vehicle was completed quickly. The associate was cheerful and friendly. The facility was clean and cool. The only opportunity is that it would have been nice to get a call or text as soon as the work was completed/vehicle ready for pickup. I had to call to check the status and I found out the vehicle had been ready for pickup earlier but I had not been informed.

I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. The employee explained everything fully and let me know what to expect. I was directed to a nice waiting area and they got started on my tire right away. My issue was fixed completely and in a timely manner, to my complete satisfaction.
