Unexpected flat tire on road trip. Convenient hours for Sunday morning-walked in/out in an hour. Technician not only dug flat from back of van but neatly restored jack/tire iron to original state. Above and beyond expectations for service. Thank you for getting the family back on the road!

The staff here is always professional and friendly. Since I travel a lot by car I don’t always get my tires here, I get them in the state I’m in when I need them. But it’s always a pleasure to get them here.

I'm giving this location a one star because of their customer service. Initially,I thought it was going to be a good experience after talking with someone named Jason. However, when I went to pick up my car,I was waiting behind another customer. It was an older woman concerned about her tires,as they were losing air. She was needing some direction in what exactly she needed to do after explaining to Jason what the problem was. Jason was extremely condescending and down right rude. I gave her some advice as he was no help. Whatever happened to good customer service. Jason, this is YOUR job. We did not ask you to do this job. I'm certain YOU applied to this job. So do your job. Be nice and courteous not only to your younger ,female customers,but ALL customers. I'd love to speak to your superior and let them know exactly what the interaction was between you and this other customer.

Was kinda lookin frwd to getting new tires for toyota pre runner ....but was not lookin frwd to paying close to 900.00. (had done research)WAS SO HAPPY WHEN WE PICKED IT UP!! WITH CREDIT ON OLD bridgestone
TIRES AND SPECIAL THEY WERE RUNNING WE PAID 530. For 4 FIRESTONE tires, warranty, balancing for future visits etc. YES FOR A SMALL TRUCK IN 2024. With an alignment!! pretty.....😍

First time at a Firestone and last . Very confused where to pull in to get some normal service. No one was outside . Pulled into a slot . Guy came out very unprofessional and with a tone that’s not acceptable in any time of workplace . Doesn’t matter what profession it is . Coming from someone working in a corporate building Very unprofessional verbally. Did not catch his name . Beard guy white hairs on beard. Drove off shortly after that . Instead of helping a customer out he drove them off very nicely done .
