The shop caused a Traction Control System light to come on during an alignment. Maybe a damaged sensor, maybe moving the steering wheel position. Regardless, the alignment is the cause. Afterwards they say no, and suggest checking fuses or cycling battery to resolve TCS light. If it were that easy, couldn't they do those things?

I had a super tight stripped screw on my skid plate from when another company did my oil change (I didn't know other shops after that were just bending the cover plate to do the oil change and bending it back) and Tyler was able to remove it for me after trying my best to do it myself. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and considerate. I'm glad I chose this location. Now, I'm finally able to do my own oil changes!

I am really impressed with the young gentleman named Tyler who was working at the counter today as I came in for an inspection of a car I was thinking to purchase. Unlike so many in service jobs these days, Tyler was friendly, helpful, and very professional! He also charged me a very reasonable fee for the inspection. Turned out there were enough problems that I chose not to purchase the car. So, I think I dodged a bullet. Tylers professionalism and friendliness really helped to make the experience good. I had come in from out of town to consider this car, so I don't live in S.A., but if I did, I would come to this location for my auto needs due to this fine experience today. Thanks, Tyler!

I want to thank the team in this store for doing a great job with my 30000 maintenance on my 2023 Tacoma. Loved that the team did not push to try to make me spend on other services that I didn't need. Good job

Look I have never been to this actual store but a guy that works there, Isaiah completely helped me today!!! I was on the side of the road off of Callahan with a flat tire. I’m in my work clothes and had both of my daughter that just picked up from school. This man stopped and changed my tire. Not only did he have a fast jack he also had an impact wrench and changed my tire in like 5 minutes!!! I offered to give him money and he would not take it. I said that I was so surprised someone stopped because I had already been out there trying to work the jack that came with the car for about 30 minutes already and no one stopped. I offered again to pay him and he said no ma’am, I said but you didn’t have to stop. He replied with I did there aren’t too many nice people in the world anymore so Helping someone goes a long way!!! Thank you thank you Isaiah!!!! I will be coming in to buy my tire from you directly!!!

Air conditioning diagnosis and repair plus oil change. They don’t waste lots of time and making an appointment was easy. As a Veteran time and thoroughness are important. Before I went to them I called my Chevy dealer and they wanted to keep my vehicle for 5 days before even doing the diagnosis!!

Every time I take my fleet vehicles here, they take days to complete simple tasks. Two tires and an oil change is a multi day repair at this location. Seems that they know it’s a fleet vehicle and put them in the back of the queue to complete walk ins and waiting customers. This is a great place to get your service vehicles.

Went in for tires today and I was so impressed with the service Tyler provided not to just me but every client that came in the door. He ran the front end alone and took it all in stride. Each client was treated with respect and never rushed out of the door.

Came in for an oil change. Was told it would be 30 minutes. 4 hours later, I'm still waiting. Ridiculous.
