I've been using Firestone to keep my vehicle in tip top shape because I'm not planning on buying another for a while. I had a bad experience at another location and I was worried about this visit, but Oscar and the older gentleman in the back (I didn't get his name) took great care of me. The mechanics worked quickly and thoroughly and communication was clear and honest. I was in and out in under 90 minutes and there were no sleezy up charges in sight. GREAT JOB!

Paid for a service and it was done wrong and the manager was good enough to take my money but I was not good enough to get my vehicle fix for their wrong doing

Alex took the time to ensure I had the correct tire information and availability for installation. We had some hiccups with the weather which prevented the tires from arriving the date we agreed however when Alex called and let me know the new plan we were able to adjust our travel plans. We have been with Firestone Complete Auto care since 2016, and they have stood by us with wonderful support and service. I would not go anywhere else. I have looked around the Manhattan, Kansas area for service and pricing with guarantees and have not found any other tire or automotive center that offer the products and warranties Firestone does. Thank you all.

I made an appointment online, showed up on time at 10am and then was asked to leave my vehicle because they were backed up. I agreed and signed up for a complete diagnostic running about $100. When I went to pick up the vehicle at almost 4 when they called me, they said they were not charging me the full diagnostic because it wasn’t done, and instead referred me to a transmission specialist. Based on the mechanic who test drove it they guessed it might be transmission related because it wasn’t missing a little shifting from lower gear. When I went to the specialist they were baffled with why Firestone did not run a diagnostic exam and told me they could not run one to diagnose the issues I took it in for. They said a regular mechanic shop has that capability to diagnose and check to eliminate other possibilities. I wasted an entire day at two businesses and the problem not diagnosed or corrected.

I explained to Leonard that another shop (Not Firestone) gave me extremely outrageous estimates for work that I questioned whether it was necessary. I provided this information to him and he suggested a comprehensive inspection which revealed they were suggesting unnecessary repairs and a complete misdiagnosis on both axles which they stated needed inner seals. Firestone’s inspection did find that only the outer seals on the front axle were blown out. The shop that tried to overcharge me was a Diesel shop I had used for years for specific repairs to my 6.0L Power Stroke. Thank you Leonard and Team Firestone for your honesty and integrity. I also have been and will continue to be a long term customer of yours!
