Ive been there twice. Both times they declined my bussiness saying they were to busy. All I needed was my flat fixed. Sale me a tire. They wouldnt even look at it. The first time it was an hour before closing. The secnd time it was 30 minutes before closing. Booo! The tire suspiciously started going flat after they replaced a hub bearing on the same wheel. I had to take it back to them for that issue too. They screwed it up the first time. Stay away if you value your time and money.

I’ve had communication issue with this location. I called today asked for an appointment, they said bring it in now. I interrupted that as am next in line. 2 hours later car had not moved. Why not give me an appointment so I can manage my time. Won’t go to this location any more.

I've been going to the same Firestone location for over 20 years. The names and faces have changed some but the service, hustle, and honest approach has kept me returning. I recently had an experience buying new tires. Of course I went there first. I asked about the right tires for my vehicle and went home for further research. Afterwards, I decided to go with the Firestone recommendation of Bridgestone tires. They were definitely better than the OEM tires but for one thing. When I called to ask about it, I was told, "if you're not COMPLETELY satisfied, we will get you what you want." I thought it was a gimmick, but it was 100% true. I was provided more options that were not Firestone/Bridgestone tires. The store manager said to pick what I want and he will take care of it. I read reviews and chose a different manufacturers tire. The store manager and staff absolutely took care of it. The set of tires was well over $1,000 and there was no hesitation. The Bridgestone's were returned and the new ones put on the vehicle. No double talk or any surprises. The tires are great but the service and attention to detail were well above expectations. No doubt I will be going back to Firestone for years to come.

Mechanics are rude, and the services are very expensive compared to discount tire. I also believe that they took longer than necessary. It took two whole days just to get two new tires.

dropped a car with a flat off and omfg I guess the tech can't read a dipstick cuz they called telling me the engine had no oil. and the flat was not able to be fixed. both those things were wrong and when I went to pick up my car they didn't even know what they did to it. don't trust these ppl.

The mechanics that work here are incompetent to say the least. They recommended hundreds of dollars in services that I did not need. They took 2 days to do an alignment check.

The online booking experience was impressively simple and certain. Left me with good confidence. The customer experience at the store itself was excellent. As soon as I arrived, they knew they were expecting me -- no surprises. I stayed during the service -- and I was communicated to throughout. When the vehicle was ready, I was explained what had occurred, and counseled on the use of the lifetime wheel alignment which I purchased. Overall, the value proposition was met and exceeded.

Great customer service. Wait time was a little long, but that was out of my control. Friendly employees. Very comfortable. Explained everything to me very thoroughly because I know nothing about cars. 10/10. Hope to receive the same kindness on my next service.

Total waste of my time. Called before coming to check if there was availability. Got there and got told there was gonna be a 3 hour wait. I literally just called before I left home so I could plan myself. Communicate better

State Inspection. 40 mins. Polite and generally polite to all customers. They're always really busy, but Manuel is just calm and nice to work with.
