  Scheduled an appointment and received a call to change date and time and at this time confirmed price of the oil change when I arrived the guy at the computer changed the price 60 dollars more

  Please please DO NOT go to this location! August 27th 2024 Had oil pan seal replaced on my 2005 honda odyssey. Dropped off said would take end of day. By 3 hours later still hasn’t been done. Manager calls me says I have a leak on top. I said yes I know. Told him to do gasket only. Then 6 hours later calls again(still hasn’t done gasket) there is a leak where bolt goes to oil pan. I’m like how? (Still hasn’t done gasket) That’s from over tightening and you all are only ones who do my oil changes! So now I have to buy bottom of oil pan. More money!! He orders another bottom pan. Gets delivered-calls me again. It’s almost closing time. The new pan has a crack in it. I’m like at this point OMG! He says-sometime tomorrow hopefully will be here. Next day comes. Never received a phone call from them. Ten minutes before closing says my van is ready. I responded with, it’s ten minutes till you all close! I won’t be able to make it by that time. Employee says, okay we will keep it in shop overnight. I said, yes you’re gonna. Half day job now 2 days later with no updates! Only time they called was to find a way to make more money! Day three. Pick up van. Didn’t check their work, which you should “always” check anyone’s woke after picking up your vehicle! Your paying for it. If you have no knowledge let them walk you through what they did. Its their job! Few days go by, I was busy, decided to pull over and check their work. Take out dip stick to oil. Long behold…gasket maker on dip stick. Yup! Gasket maker inside my engine! Of coarse I cleaned it off! Called them immediately. Argued with manager about it. He said it should be fine, made it seem as if nothing would happen. I’m like “huh”! No I’m bringing it in and you are doing to redo-clean the oil filter and flush out engine! Took it over. They did multiple flushes(who knows how many at this point) didn’t even check the oil filter trap inside oil pan at all! This trap filter is to catch larger debris which should never be in your oil or engine! The manager at this location along with employees can not be trusted on any vehicles. Manager told me tech “forgot” to take out dip stick prior to doing the gasket! Only time will tell if my engine fails due this neglect!
  Update 2-13-25
  Oil pan where seal was replaced is leaking! Drain plug is leaking! Have to take it back to them since it’s under warranty through them. Here we go again! This time it will be done same day! After this we will no longer purchase tires and whatever services they offer. PERIOD!

  I can't thank the folks at Firestone Service at 6730 Fm78 in San Antonio, TX. I'm about to move and my truck starts over heating and leaking Omar and Jim worked with me to get it fixed. I am moving to the other side of SA and I know there is a Firestone nearby, but you can beat I will be coming Omar and his team if I am not satisfied. Thank you so much folks

  Too long to call back and did not check everything good I paid to get a check of tires and joins and i have taken the truck two times and up to right now they have not detected my tire TPMS sensor has not come up or they have not checked them but they have rotated and balance and checked tire pressure and diagnostic of all the truck and still come out with the same malfunction

  Took my car in for a coolant leak and overheating issue. The tech diagnosed a bad water pump, and recommended replacement with a new thermostat. Will keep an eye on it.

  I needed a headlight. Stop at Firestone on FM 78 . They were able to fix it right away. I was very happy and satisfied.
