I took my vehicle in for an easy ac repair, I'm an hvac guy by trade. I know vehicle ac is not the same 100% but the general concept is similar enough to know how it operates, I took it to them solely because I don't have a proper vacuum pump. I had a small seal leak on a low side tube that went from the condencer, I was told over the phone it would be around 300- 600 dollars for the repair due to the fact my compressor was still operating ( I checked it prior) I took it in at 9am, the guy knew it had a leak mind you. After waiting for 5 hours the guy came out and said "we vacuumed it and put freeon in the system but the compressor won't operate" i said ok! How much to repair leak and re vacuum it and add freeon. He said "you'll need a new compressor" in my head I laughed and said ok ill just take the proposal for work needed and return later (the proposal was for 2500 bucks!!). Got in my car and started it up and the ac was blowing cold for 20 minutes lol! I said screw it and repaired it my self a few days later after acquiring a vacuum pump and what do you know it worked lol. I'm all for making money when you can! But honest work is better than what I received here. Do better man! This is why people get scammed into things all the time!

Bought a battery there 14 months ago. 3 months ago the battery died had to have it back to them where they couldnt fund anything wrong. Two days ago it left mywife stranded in the middle of the intersection had it towed back to them wher the found a flooded battery that they had sold us. Stated that they sold us one that doesnt have enough cranking amps. So had to thro more money to upgrade the battery and for them to diag saying they sold us one that didnt have the cranking amps. We then call to see if its done and they said the finishing up on it wait 2 hours call back and catch them in a lie that they havent even started switching it out. He said that its not done cause the service manager wanted to make sure all systems were worling properly. Again a lie how are you supose to make sure all systems are working properly without having even started switching the battery out. Then i asked about the battery coding and registration on it and didnt sound reassuring that process is even going to take place. I would say not the best place to work with on your car.

I’ll never go back. The tech started rotating my staggered tires when I went for an alignment. The tech didn’t know why the back wheel didn’t fit in the front Wheel well. The tech started arguing with the front desk representative, even though the tech should’ve caught the size difference. The tech returned my car with a smirk on his face and I was puzzled for what. On my way home I found out the tech didn’t use or tighten the lug nuts. Still to this day I’m missing one lug nut. Luckily I made it home safe. I’m never setting a foot on those grounds ever again

I am currently disputing a diagnosis fee. In the end, they could not repair the vehicle because they did not have the skills nor tools to do the repair. Further, I did ask for the diagnosis report and they have not produced it. To summ, there are steps to diagnosis a ABS light issue.
Previously, I had a water hose leak which they failed to fix.

Went in for an oil change and tire check. Told me is was going to be 2 hours, nope 6 hours. Show up my light was still on for my tires they told me they checked them to make sure there was no punctures. So the gentleman went to double check them and found out another guy overfilled them and stated no leaks. Went to discount tire the next day to double check yeah there was a leak, so they don’t seam to care about safety. They were just being lazy…

I have been bringing my vehicle to this location for many years and I am pleased with the service. Richard is good at explaining what is wrong with the vehicle and take care of the situation if there is a problem with something.

Got tires mounted, and despite making an appointment, they claimed that they couldn't do it on time due to lack of staff. They also overtightened one set of my wheel lug nuts as well as scratched the rims where the lug nuts goes, probably being careless with their impact wrench when mounting the wheel.

Was told two hours, took 4 at least; tires and alignment. So bring a cot and a pillow, take a nap…or if it’s a possibility definitely have someone pick you up until they call.

Really disappointed with the service, or lack of. My teenage daughter brought in her car for a simple battery issue and they not only misdiagnosed it they broke the latch to pop the hood and then claimed that since they couldnt get the hood open they couldnt help us fix the car. We ended up paying to have it towed to another repair shop who fixed it quickly. This place seems only worthy of oil changes.
