the guys at the Lackland AFB location are nice and always try to help me out because they know my car is really old and i only go out when i have to because of me being 100% disabled

I took my Car here 2/10/25 to get a simple alignment done on my 2007 Ford Mustang. Well After getting it back without it not having a single engine or ignition issue it starts up like this now. They messed something up and the Manager Roy wasn’t to willing to do anything about it. i’m so upset because i’m a college kid on my own whose poured nearly 1000’s into this car just for them to tell me they can’t do anything about it and wanted to charge me for a diagnostics. Terrible experience and now my car isn’t even running right…

I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team, with a special mention to Manager Roy.
Two years ago, I brought my car in for repairs, but unfortunately, it was returned with an additional noise. I took the car back to the team, and they worked diligently to resolve the issue, doing everything they could to ensure my satisfaction. They even went as far as recommending another location to investigate the problem. Despite everyone’s best efforts, the noise persisted, and I eventually decided to let it go, appreciating the effort they had put in at the time.
Last week, I returned to the shop for repairs again. After picking up my car, I noticed a new noise just a few minutes into my drive. I immediately called the shop, and they kindly asked me to bring it back when I could. Two days later, I brought the car back, with my son handling the drop off, and I spoke with Roy over the phone. He explained that additional repairs were needed to resolve the noise issue.
Although I was understandably frustrated, Roy was exceptionally professional, patient, and understanding during our conversation. He apologized sincerely for the unresolved issue from two years ago and assured me that they would take care of it this time, and they did.
I am truly grateful for the team’s hard work, professionalism, and commitment to excellent customer service. After 10 years of trusting them with my car, I remain a happy and loyal customer. This experience has only strengthened my confidence in their service.
A big thank you to the entire team, and especially to Roy, for going above and beyond to address my concerns and resolve the issue. I truly appreciate your dedication and effort!

Thank you to the manager that decided to pull out our windshield wipers out of the trash from the day before and take off the new ones installed and replace them with our trashed windshield wipers. (That they installed on the front instead of the back one that needed to be replaced) and put our trashed ones back on our vehicle. Now the next person will have used wipers on their car. All because the manager didn’t want to lose money on a new set of wipers that were incorrectly installed in the first place. Pettiest thing I’ve ever seen in my life. So know they will do this and you will have used wipers that they ripped of someone’s vehicle and then charge you $100 for them.

There is metal or a sharp object left in the tire where the repair was made. I pulled a larger piece out earlier right when i picked it up. I asked if they could repair it properly and im put back behind the line instead of them repairing it immediately. Theres an oath on the wall about proper service. What a joke.

The technician burnt my starter and left both tie rod nuts loose
Technician should have heard the starter was still engaged due to it being bypassed
Of course there was no blame accepted on their part
