Manager gives the rudest looks. You can tell she hates her job, long wait for no reason. By far the worst location for this bank. I’d rather take a extra 15 minute drive to the south side to get better customer service

I have been with First Convenience Bank for almost a full Ten years. I moved out to San Antonio last year and I was looking for a branch to use. The staff is friendly and polite. The major plus is that it's located inside of the HEB plus it is the closest to where I am staying.

Definitely switching back to my old bank. Money takes FOREVER to clear. It makes no sense.

Worst customer service ever! Then the lady manager makes it a arguing match instead of being an employee like she is.

I do not suggest this bank to anyone . I have two accounts. I keep this one for small purchases. You will be growing by your self not with them

Earlier today I went to HEB on Valley High Dr.to shop for some groceries and do a transaction at my bankBeen with Ist convenience bank for about 10 years and experienced a magnificent example of exceptional customer service and professionalism. Mr.Guererro was my bank teller, he was courteous, cordial and was willing to explain and knowledgeable of the questions I had about my transaction. Outstanding, second to none service that is why I am taking this time to recognize Mr. Guerrero. I give credit where credit is due and he deserves the recognition. Thanks Mr. Guerrero!!!

Earlier today, @ 3:40 PM, I approached the 1st Convenience Bank at the H.E.B. on Valley Hi and I spoke with a bank clerk, who was dressed like a 15 year old kid, who I asked to change a $20 bill for four $5 dollar bills. I was not going to ask for anything else besides that and all he can ask/tell me is "Do you have an account here and I replied no and he replies, I can't give you change for the bill, Bro that's company policy." Since when does a bank not change a larger bill for a few smaller bills? I thought the word "Convenience" meant to make one's life easier, but I guess I was wrong. I was always lead to believe that when you needed change, all you had to do was go to your local bank and they would be more than happy to make change for your bills. It's interesting that anytime of week, I'll be approach by the same people to open an account at the same bank that will refuse to exchange my currency for smaller bills. One more thing, what's this "Bro" thing from a bank teller, it's bad enough that you and your coworkers are dressed like middle school kids and you want to address potential customers like "Bro." Gimme a break...

Just left from there. Terrible service. I wanted to do two transactions and was told from the teller she rather me do an online transfer on my phone so she just has to do one withdraw from one account.... I myself work for a financial institution and I am just disappointed in the laziness. Why be there if you don’t want to do your job.

I’ve had to pay +100 dollars in late fees because it takes hours to a full day apparently to complete money transfers from my accounts and conviently I was only supposedly being billed at certain hours and they just couldn’t process it, I also have issues with cash app saying my money is being held by the bank again but there’s no 24/7 customer service, it’s one issue after another.

Is there a way to give zero stars? We've never had issues with this location before until today. We've had an account here for over 4 years....... today One of our staff members went in to get change, 1's and 5's for 20's exchanged. Eric Castro decided we needed to provide our account number today, this is not a typical request. He could have asked another identifying question but FAILED EPICALLY to look for a solution that would help our business and our customers. We will correct our end but unfortunately First Convenience Bank wasn't so convenient because Eric needs more training on problem solving. It's a shame, such a simple thing to do to keep customers happy.

Always missing money out of my account. No 24 hour customer service. When you call you have to call a 1800 number and it automatically tells you that you will be in hold for more than 10 minutes due to high number of callers when in reality it is because most people wont hold for that long. I had to argue with the representative because she says it was possible for me to get off work in san antonio (i work 2 jobs)and drive to lubbock to spend 900 dollars and then back to san antonio by 7 am
