I got my toes done by the lady who wears a lot of bright color makeup, and she overflowed my toes with nail glue when she put the tip on even though I told her I did not want a tip I wanted acrylic overlay then she proceeded to not do the shape that I wanted, and when I was asking her to fix it, she was catching an attitude She proceeded to tip herself the five dollars, even though the toenails were supposed to be 30.I would not recommend going there unless you’re getting your nails don’t by the smaller lady I’m very unhappy with the results

This place is a joke since they have been under new management. Kevin made me an appointment for 2pm had me waiting for hours only to put people in front of me even gave me nails that i did not ask for they are very fat and hideous. The lady that looks like betty boo is very creepy she wanted to do voodoo asking me odd questions she even did not clean her supplies after doing someone toes thinking she would use those same supplies on my feet. They don't have prices on their website or wall they overcharged me $110.00 such a waste of money and time! please don't go here

Very good pedicure, and the ladies were very nice! The massage could had lasted just a bit longer... (that's my fav part lol), but it was getting a bit busy so I understand. Love it here!

BEST NAIL SALON IN SAN ANTONIO!!! Helen is amazing!!! I always get compliments on my nails everywhere I go. They last for weeks. She’s not overpriced. I definitely recommend First Nail Salon. They will absolutely take care of you!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!

Was a long time client. Have always been a walk in and will always be due to my work schedule. I give ample time before close. For the 2nd time I was turned away and there was not a single person getting their nails done. I was told to “book an appointment” but you can’t get 3 clients in your store at one time? You gossip about neighboring businesses and the older woman (who does pedicures) is truly offensive and talks crap directly to you. You won’t even be offered a water here much less a drink lol.
If you would like to be gossiped about or turned away altogether, you’ve got the right place. Good luck staying in business. You’re going to need it

Helen did most of the nail prep and design for my set today 06.13.24, another artist then stepped in to finish me off, let me just say they slayed!! Both were amazing conversationalists and bilingual, I had an awesome time, the price was fair but I would pay more honestly! The work and customer service was top notch!
