The blessing that turned into a cursing. Security that blocked me out and the attackers go free. No help from CSR. I still referred people to them. My husband who passed away without getting into his account because of the rudeness of the CSR's. Then they even blocked his ATM card because he had to relocate for serious illness and dementia. Was told there was no way except to travel back to Texas. No POA or papers accepted. They still have his money in the account(I hope), but no way for his family to have it.

Trash bank.. my girlfriend got scammed with a Instagram link selling diet pills.. they pulled $500 from her account and the lame bank not only didn't catch the fraud; they claimed the facts of their investigation found nothing wrong. $#@! this bank!

Very poor customer service. I been banking with first national bank for many years and never had poor customer service experience until now that hey have all fairly new employees . Alexis got my money put it in a envelope and placed it on the counter for me to grab so when I asked her to count it like they are supposed to she stated I could count it so I put the money back down and told her she can do it then she said that she wasn’t going to called a assistant manager and walked to the back

Tellers are very courteous. Serviceable. The only thing is they are not too knowleged on banking information or procedures. At times they give wrong information and i have to call main office which give contrarily different information which is correct. I have banking experience.

I would like to share what I went through today and how I felt discriminated against. I came in this morning and stood a line till they opened at 12 pm on a Sunday. I wanted to deposit a check for the amount of $3000.00 I understand that you have protocols you have to verify this amount. I was asked by the teller . Alexis Diaz.. if this was my check and what’s it for. Rude! Im a customer. You don’t ask these questions. She said that she would need to get it verified by her Manager. Hector Cuellar… You would think they would make a phone call to the institute that wrote this check to me to verify but they did not. I saw the Manager nod his head no. Alexis came back to tell me that they could not verify because they were closed on the weekends. The institute that wrote me this check is open 7 days a week. This is unprofessional and you have lost a customer. Nancy Rodriguez, I suggest you re train your staff and show them some customer service skills. Especially your tellers. They are the first in contact with your customers. Respectfully submitted….

Very friendly and help staff members at this location... They literally go out of there way like Stephanie A did for me to make sure that yr happy with the account you choose... Stephanie was very honest and humble in assisting me with opening a new account... Keep up the great work ladies and gents ... Id give yall 10 star's if i could ?????

I have an account whit them and I’ve never really had problems here I even took out a credit card from here I’m happy whit this place. Hector is really nice and this short girl I don’t know her name but there great. And there open 7 days a week.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. From a business owner to anyone considering this bank I would highly recommend staying away. Two of our employees have First National and they constantly cause issues with depositing checks. When my administration try’s to assist with prove of release you get no communication with anyone, the managers are out right disrespectful and rude. It is an absolute joke for a bank. Do not consider them for any reasons!!!
