Attempting to cash a check as a non-member is outrageous. I understand protecting members from fraud with two forms of ID and a fingerprint but asking for my social security number leaves ME open to fraud and is completely unreasonable. The manager is smug and argumentative instead of helpful.

I don’t understand how the decision was made to remove the free use of All-Tel ATM machines. As far as I know, you need to travel to the branch to use a cash machine without incurring a $3.50 fee from the cash machine and another $1.50 fee from Firstmark. It’s very inconvenient to have to drive that far to obtain cash without fees added.

I became a member back in 2021, when they approved me for a auto loan. I went to one of the branches to take care of some business. While I was taking care of some business, I was offered a signature loan and a credit card. Well I was planning on opening a checking account but I couldn't at the time. So it took some time to figure out why I couldn't. Well after discovering, I had an account with another credit union at that time. Well i took care of that issue. I went back to FMCU to see if I could open the checking account, well good news I was able too. Now I can close my account with the other credit union and do all my business with FMCU. I want to thank my representative Sheri for assisting me. She was very helpful and professional. ?

I have my mortgage with FirstMark and they updated their digital experience recently. I have been trying for over a month to get my ID and they are resorting to snail mail to get me information. It has been a month and now I have no choice but to go into the center to fix it. They are a small bank mindset. So unless you want to have to go into the lobby to handle any type of business I suggest you bank some place else. AWFUL EXPERIENCE.

Absolutely amazing service. Wonderful personable people. I feel like I talked to actual people and not someone trying to make a quota. It makes me want to stay when I can talk to someone as a person and not as someone to sell something to. They’re trustworthy and honorable. I feel well taken care of.

I needed help because my debit card had been hacked which Felicia at the Bitters Rd/1604 branch realized. She put me in contact with Sheri Ward at that same branch and Ms. Ward took care of everything for me. I'm so very thankful to them for their professionalism and understanding.

Yes, my fault I lost debit card. Got a new one at this location. Tried to use later declined several places. Went to O'Connor branch and they said card was deactivated. Lady asked me if the card was the lost one. I said no, I just got it yesterday at the Blanco Road branch. They gave me a newactivated card and having no problems. Love the O'Connor branch.Will think twice before using Blanco branch.

Worst bank!! They have no sympathy, no grace, they are not for the community they are all for filling their own pockets! Stay far away!!! Worst experience of my life and I hate being tied to them!!!
