Reihanon was great in helping my husband and I set up our joint account. She walked us through everything and laid out our options which was nice. Even the transfer to Don to get our cards right away was fantastic because my husband and I could get them same day. 10/10 experience.

We have been members of Firstmark/Teachers Credit for over 50 years. Great experience today with Alice Perales. We did multiple transactions. Alice gave thorough explanations, answered all our questions, and gave various suggestions. She was excellent.

Destiny and the Alex were very helpful and I felt well taken care of as well. Opening a where was seamless and my friend had been the one to refer me to this bank because her husband was a member here. I truly love that their donations support the teachers and schools with supplies. Blessed to be a new member here and being part of an amazing community. I would refer anyone here for I know that that they will get the same superb treatment as I did when I opened a new account at this credit union.
