This place is amazing! The workouts always push me to my edge and new limits. The trainer Marty is very friendly and knowledgeable. He creates personal diet plans and finds new ways to help me accomplish my fitness goals. I have found a home here and look forward to what the future holds! This gym will always be my home! The positive energy from the trainers are always high, if I ever felt discouraged on doing a certain movement exercise Marty has always been there to adjust the workout to my doing. The people who go to the gym as well are wonderful people always striving to do better for themselves just as I am. They also have many workout times throughout the week such as mornings or evenings that work best for you, like me when sometimes I can’t make it in the afternoon so I schedule myself for the morning workout class. I love this gym and happy to call it Home/Family! Now if you’ve read this far don’t stop NOW! Go ahead and get in contact with the owner Marty, and get your first workout session in! I Promise you wont regret it.

I love Marty and Fitbound! I am in the best shape of my life because of him. I have developed a love for fitness and have gained so many life long friends and community. Everyone is so supportive and encouraging. Fitbound is for all fitness levels. Marty truly cares about his clients and their goals. Joining was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

I walked into the gym and was immediately greeted by Marty, who proved to be incredibly informative. The group training class I attended was scheduled for 5:30 pm and primarily focused on Barbells and Dumbbells. Before diving into the workout, there was a thorough warm-up session, and throughout the four rounds of exercises, Marty was there to ensure my posture was always accurate. Overall, it's a fantastic place for a workout; I felt truly welcomed and comfortable.

The best team ever!! Shout out to Marty and Carmen especially. The workouts are intense but does provide great instruction. Environment is super friendly and motivating. This place really does it all, even repairs glasses. Best gym ever !!10/10

Being a member of FitBound was one of the best decisions I made for my fitness journey. Trainer Marty workouts are not only great and helped me reach my fitness goals but he makes sure to maintain and stay successful. Marty also creates meals plans and sells meal prep for clients who are interested. This is a great way to stay on track!! ??♥️

I love Fit Bound! I am 65 and I have been attending Fit. bound since 2019. I had a double mastectomy in 2018 and had lost weight and a lot of muscle. Marty has always been patient with me and has knows when I need to take a break and when I need to step up.Today I am happier, stronger and healthier than I have been for years. He has kidded me about getting a t-shirt that says This Grandma lifts weights. He’s not easy on me because of my age. But I feel so good after the work outs. I would recommend Fit Bound to anyone who wants to be more.

Fitbound has been awesome to me with an amazing trainer and an amazing group of people I workout with. Everyone is very supportive and help with my workouts when I'm struggling. Marty our trainer has been the best working with me at my injuries and health issues It's a great workout and when I leave I feel great everything. It's hard for me at my age and weight but I've gotten stronger and feel great. I've struggled with my weight my whole life and jointing Fitbound was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

If you are looking to start or change up your fitness journey, this gym will not disappoint you. The services provided by the trainer from meal prep plans to the workouts accommodate to your level. This place is also really great due to the atmosphere and other members that also go for their workouts.

Just a great environment all around. Marty and the coaches are amazing and hilarious. Very welcoming and no matter your level of fitness, you will feel like you got a great workout in. I recommend.

I’ve been to lots of gyms, this by far is the best gym I’ve been to.. The trainer is the best I’ve had.. and knows his stuff.. he tuff but I love it there..For anyone looking to join and on the fence this gym will not disappoint..He’s the BEST!!You will be glad you did.!!??
