Average retail store. The associates were nice, not overly attentive. Lots of varieties in product. I'm a little disappointed as they carry no Samsung phone cases or accessories, only Apple.

Store is a mess. I asked short looking bossy lady at register if they had something that I was looking for and had to repeat 4 times since she had an AirPod in one ear listening to hear music.

The costumer service is GARBAGE and
The employees are GARBAGE.
As I arrived at self check out I simply asked the manger if i can scan my items. I asked because whenever I go there there is always an employee at self check out and they never let anyone scan their own items. When I arrived there was no employee only a MANGER yapping away on her self phone to I assume her friend loud and proud. Therefore, when I simply asked if I can scan she did not respond to me, she screamed out another employee's name and proceeded to tap away on her phone. Because she did not attempt to give me ANY response I went ahead and scanned my two items. By the time I was done scanning my items another employee finally showed up.(The one the manager screamed for while yapping on the phone I assume) and instead of saying anything she's just hovering over my shoulder making me really uncomfortable, I guess making sure I'm not stealing anything and everything that I have was scanned for which is ridiculous. There's no reason to make a costumer feel uncomfortable just because y'all weren't there to do y'all's job. Once you're done paying there is usually a survey at the end of your purchases and I was reaching to make one since my experience there sucked and before I could touch a number this employee takes it apon herself to click the maximum satisfactory rating . That's ridiculous. Then I told her I was going to rate my satisfaction and she proceeded with "oh."
Meanwhile, the "manger " is still tapping on her phone loud like there is no tomorrow. The manger needs to do that on her own time and mange the store. The employees need to be at that register and if they are not, they need to not hoofer over people's shoulders as if they are stealing because they are not there, and lastly, they need to NOT answer the costumers part of the review. If you're goin to do that what's the whole point of a review?

It's not the place for a recovering impulse shop-a-holic. "That?'s a lot of stuff for $60!" I quantify, as if marveled by the ripping, over-packed bags of random items purchased in bulk. A whole lot of something for nothing...or the other way around? But fun...
