I took my 14-year-old daughter to the store. It's not really intended for adults unless perhaps you are a thrifter. She usually has a good time here. It's clean and organized.

Wasn't having the best day when I walked in but when I asked the employee at the front for help she immediately made my day brighter and helped me locate the charger I needed! Thank you Kaylee for being a bright light on a dark day! We need more employees like her at the front!!

Yesterday was raining really bad and I accidentally left my wallet. I came back today all panicked and they had it safely in the drawer, nothing tampered with!! Thank you!!

You can hardly get through the aisles in here! Then you get to the back of the store, and it's really messy. My 3 year old needed to use the bathroom, so we told one of the employees that the bathroom was locked, but nobody was in there. All she did was say that it shouldn't be locked. So, we walked back a second time to confirm that, yes, it is locked. Then she finally comes back to check and unlock it for us. Customer service needs improvement, as well as organization and space.

Jada went above and beyond. She should commended for her customer service skills. She is a rare gem in a chaotic industry. She was very friendly and displayed store and product knowledge on a natural leadership level.
