Attended a yearly event @ Five Oaks Hardware and had a great time. I really enjoyed the shopping experience with knowledgeable employees close by for questions and no sales pressure. Thanks to Ace for providing the level of service to keep us coming back.

The yellow spade looking one I returned to Lowe's, was junk. The red one I saw a commercial land scaper using one very similar. It had a wood handle and didn't swivel at all. Works great, and was half the price of the one from Lowe's .

I just get off the phone with the Manager Marcos he was overall friendly, but the staff in there today were extremely rude unhelpful and essentially racist. The girl at the register seemed bothered that my elderly mother would even ask her where anything was so she moved onto another employee older man who then talked to her as if she was stupid or pretended to not understand her English “ well if it’s not on the shelf, it’s not there” with a tone when being asked if it could be located anywhere else in the store who then proceeded to just stalk her around the store as if she was going to steal something. She ended up buying absolutely nothing. 10/10 horrible experience We will not be returning to that location ever again.
