Customer service could use a makeover at this location. I've used Five Star at other areas throughout San Antonio in the past, and this location isn't what I've come to know from the brand as a whole. Small things aren't happening regularly that really should be the norm, and frankly these small things aren't that small. Examples are greeting people with a smile or asking how they can be of service, opening the car door to remove articles of clothing ready to drop off in the back seat, taking tags off new clothing that have recently been tailored, etc. None of these were done today in the drive through for me, and it's become commonplace at this location. A few changes could go along way towards helping patrons out and getting this location up to the standards that people have come to know and expect from Five Star.

I am very pleased and satisfied with service from 5 Star cleaners. My clothes look great after picking them up. Highly recommend 5 Star Cleaners.

Went to the store on Babcock and Prue. The woman taking the my garment was so nice and helpful! Will not go anywhere else! They need AC!!!! Get them AC!

Great customer service at the Prue Rd location. My clothes were ready the next day. The lady at this location is Professional, Friendly and Efficient. But looks like they don't have coupons anymore ?

Dropped off a feather pillow with the understanding that they could clean them. Then received a call a day or two later stating that the machine isn't hooked up at the Huebner location to clean the pillow and they have no idea when it will be operating again.
