RUDE! JUST called and told them I’m needing a tow from Trinity towing to the southeast side of San Antonio.
The guy who answered said
“Okay, that’s not us.”
And hung up.
SUCH WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Driver in truck plate number starting with T25 is lazy and refused to drop vehicle off in a parking space and instead dropped off a dead vehicle in the middle of my parking lot after moving vehicles around that he requested so he can maneuver. 10/10 do not recommend this towing service.

Tow driver in an orange unloaded flatbed truck was speeding past 80mph, down I-10 during traffic bullying cars to move out of the fast lane with his yellow flashing tow lights on. Contacted SAPD to report reckless driver due to several cars almost getting into an accident trying to move. Tried getting drivers attention, he acted like Ray Charles. Contact company posted on side of truck, owner sounded concerned until I noticed I also contacted SAPD. He changed his attitude and hung up. Poor use of emergency lights from tow driver & reckless driving to represent a company. Poor customer service to the public from the owner of this company. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

My truck was broke down with a flat, my insurance sent Flash Towing out to pick it up. The owner loaded up my truck and tried to call me because of a $30 difference the insurance would not cover and my phone didn't ring. So he dropped my truck in the parking lot and left it stranded. I sent a friend to see if he could just air it up to drive it to Discount Tire for a repair. When he arrived he saw that the tire was ripped completely off the rim and my $550 rim was scraped all to hell. I was furious and called the company where the owner was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and stated he did not damange my rims. However the scrapes were under the area that the rubber covers so there is no other way to have damaged it. There are fresh scrapes with lose metal shavings still attached. I will be going after their insurance claim and will not stop until they are no longer able to do business with my auto insurance company. What a joke of a company. Then I send another company to tow my truck and this IDIOT from Flash Towing locked my keys in my truck so it could not be towed. Now i have to pay for a pop a lock and a tow! Not to mention this vehicle broke down on my 7 month pregnant daughter in law who was left stranded this whole time!

BEWARE!!!!!!!!They came to pick up my Excursion and used a motorized wench to secure it to the bed. I've had this truck towed often enough over the last 16 years to say that I have never seen a driver use a motorized wench. On this tow, the driver popped a leaf spring while doing this and the company is denying that it's even possible. The leaf spring was a year old and it's a clean snap, so there's no way it could have been anything else other than the pressure they put on it when wenching it down. After a couple conversations with Sam, who said he spoke with the owner, he said they would not cover the expense of replacement. After speaking with the spring company, they confirmed that there is no way this could happen with regular use. Very poor business practices when a business doesn't reconcile their own error.Service: Special vehicle towing

My Boss needed his Luxury Car towed & texas towing came out 1st. The guy was rude to my Boss over the phone & to me. I complained about the situation & they sent Flash Towing.Brandon was Amazing & listened to me as I passed on the information. Provider never showed up after and hour and a half wait in the heat. Had to cancel and rerequest service from another provider. When contacted about service they said “I’ll find out where he is and call you back” Never called back and refused to answer subsequent phone calls from myself and my roadside assistance. DO NOT USE THIS FLY BY NIGHT OPERATION!!

I called them and told them I needed a tow, and they quoted me 45 minutes. That's not too bad, so I agreed. 5 minutes later, I get a text saying "15 minutes away". This was a joy as I was stuck waiting with the car. Just 10 minutes after the text, they arrived! Driver was careful but efficient in loading up the car (and happened to also be a fan of mustangs!). And the price was very good for the service (even after I changed the destination AS THEY LOADED THE CAR UP lol) All around a great experience, will definitely use Flash Towing again!Service: Car towing
