Most interesting whistles and sound makers! I bought a cute little bird whistle and she showed me how to use it. It sounds like an actual bird! Definitely hope to come back next time I'm in town!

Honest to goodness, she overheard me mentioning the neighborhood I am near, and when I went to the desk she began pumping me for information. With express intent on finding my father’s name and work. I noticed the attempt and asked why she wanted to know. She said she ought to know, I then asked for her name and she said, “I won’t until you tell me his name, see how this works”. I left and she closed uo shop and made a call. This woman scares the daylights out of me, be careful. She was pale, blonde, and had a great deal of eyeliner.

I wish this place had a website. They had the most beautiful art peices! I bought my daughter a gorgeous cat but it must have gotten left behind. We are still trying to locate it. I’m so upset about it. :( hopefully when we are in town we can buy again. :)

I too, was profiled as a theif, as my girlfriend and child were outside the store waiting. Don't come here if you have tattoo's, or carry a backpack for work. She had a lady LITERALLY doing CIRCLES around me watching me. She was so convinced in her head I was trying to steal something, she asked if I was going to pay for the other item in my hand, which I got from a different store, a product which she doesn't even carry. She watched me as soon as I came in the store. I stayed in ONE SPOT, and was looking at carved rocks, now how in the heck am I going to get a product completely different than what I purchased? She was so adamant on labeling me a theif, I told her the first time "no, i got this from a different store", that she said "oh its okay, i'll take care of it"... as if I pulled it out of a different store and was going to instead pay her for the product (which, again, she doesnt even carry). It wasn't until I sternly told the woman I paid for it at a different store, and even then it was as if she was apprehensive about letting me walk out of the store. Such a shame, because it really is a nice store with beautiful product and I was undoubtedly going to come back and spend more money for something that stuck out to me when I was looking. But her instantanious circling around me labeling me as a theif, is enough to stop me from coming back.

don't come here unless you want to be watched like hawk or made to feel like you're a thief. i came here with my friend to get an anniversary gift for ourselves and found ourselves looking at the beautiful (inexpensive) jewelry they have. the jewelry was in a very visible area to keep an eye on, but she had to stand with her arms crossed 4ft from us staring the entire time not even trying to be discreet and found myself very uncomfortable. she did not greet us when we entered the store or ask us if we needed any help, but just continued to watch us as if we were thieves. i wouldn't have purchased anything due to her making me insanely uncomfortable, but i really wanted the bracelet. when she was ringing me up, she tried to get me to pay twice. if i didn't check my bank statements i would have ended up paying twice. they have beautiful items and trinkets, but overall have terrible customer service.here's her description in case you encounter her: blond hair, middle aged looking european female with botched face/ body, horrendous looking makeup, obvious hair extensions

This by far the Best Import Store!! Unique one of a kind jewelry, Statues of Saints, jewelry boxes so much to see. One has to take their time to see all the Beautiful potential item for your home or as a Gift.

I'm obsessed with this store! My husband and I discovered this store next to the Menger while checking out some old hotels downtown and we were both instantly in love and can't wait to go back for Christmas shopping, there's something for everyone. Beautiful custom artwork pieces! Jewelry, woodcarved pieces, and cool novelties to buy or even just look at. The woman that was working Saturday night was so sweet and very helpful, hopefully we see her again:)
