Unfortunately I had a very poor experience at Forever21 as of May 31st. With cashier, Willow and the manager on duty.
I’ve worked years in customer service so I was very understanding when it came to my issue with an item.
Regarding them not honoring a sale item due to someone peeling the sticker off, even though items with the same item number were marked down. They were not in my size otherwise I would have picked one with a sticker.. I was told by 3 floors associate that it would be able to be honored and it was in fact on sale. That they just marked it down. Willow showed poor customer service and was very rude and short with me. Would not answer any of my questions or even treat me like a person. Then called over a manager who also failed to show proper customer service.
Both were short tempered and quickly interrupted me as I was trying to find out why it wasn’t showing since I triple checked before going to the register.
Very poorly managed store! Employee and manager need to fix their attitudes. Customer service was not implemented

Called about an item before driving over got here didn’t have item then when daughter wanted to try something on it was to late even though store didn’t close for a hour. Service is pathetic

This is so CRAZY! I came to the door at 7:50pm just to grab a gift card and there was a employee blocking the door!!!!! When the door clearly says closes at 8pm. I told her the door says 8pm and it’s 7:50pm. Literally I just needed a gift card she said her manager would not let anyone in. This is insane what kind of store locks down and blocks the door.

Employees do not greet when coming into the store nor at checkout. Be sure to check your receipts. I bought 2 items, and the cashier rang up the higher priced item twice and overcharged me. Luckily, I noticed and she had to give me a refund. She seemed to have a slight attitude about having to do the refund, but it was her own fault. When I paid my total, I placed the money in the cashiers hand. When she gave me my change back, she placed it on the counter. Extremely disrespectful. Employees could use some customer service training. I'm happy that the store is FINALLY clean now, and you can actually look through the racks.

Goods choices for the young crowd for the young and trendy crowd. I love the thickness and quality of the materials used on their clothes and jackets. Good value for their prices. I was pleasantly surprised. Nice and decent designs of their fashion jewelries. I would like to come back again to check out their clothes and jewelry selections.

I came from the other side of town to try to visit the store after work and 15 mins till 8 they would not let me in said they do not allow in people before closing that’s ridiculous!!!!!

Disappointed with this store. I had to drop all the items I wanted to purchase because of >1 hour line at the register. They got 2 registers in the shop but only one working. Management doesn’t care about customers’ comfort and time.

I visited the store today and was very disappointed. I came to return 3 items that all had tags on them (got them for a birthday present and didn't have a receipt). Also, one of the items I had still had a security tag attached. I told the cashier that I wanted to return the items and I didn't have the receipt due to the fact it was a gift. She called the "manager" over and told him the situation. He seemed frustrated immediately that the cashier called him over. He said they don't do returns on hats or ear muffs. Which I thought was odd, but accepted it. Then I asked him if he could at least take the security tag off of the hat. He looked at me and said "so you don't have the receipt and you have a security tag on it" trying to insinuate I stole the items. I looked at him and said I can assure you the items aren't stollen.. he took it off and said "well I don't know that". I left the store feeling disgusted that I was being accused of stealing. I didn't get his name but he was a middle aged white male and honestly shouldn't be a manager what so ever. I need up taking the items to the la centerra location and had no issues returning the items and definitely didn't get accused of stealing. So not only did he lie about not being able to return the items I had but also he tried to accuse me of stealing. I will not be back to the location and hope he get a job that isn't focused on customer service because he doesn't have any.

I recently visited Forever 21, and to say that my experience was disappointing would be an understatement. From the moment I walked in, I was met with an aura of unwelcoming energy. The floor associates, particularly a manager named George, seemed more interested in giving customers dirty looks than in helping them find what they needed. It's truly disheartening to encounter such rudeness.However, the experience took an even more frustrating turn when I tried to utilize the fitting rooms. As I approached the dressing room area, I started to ask the dressing room lady if the fitting rooms were open, but she cut me off mid-sentence with an abrupt "No, the fitting room isn't open." There was no apology, no explanation, just an interruption that left me feeling dismissed and disrespected.Adding to the disappointment was the state of the store itself. The whole place looked like a chaotic mess, with clothes strewn about and displays in disarray. It's difficult to enjoy shopping when the store's environment is so cluttered and untidy.All in all, my experience at Forever 21 was far from pleasant. The rude floor associates, including the infamous George, the dressing room lady's abrupt interruption, and the overall disorderly appearance of the store left a lasting negative impression. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues and improve the customer experience, because as it stands, I won't be rushing back anytime soon.
