Rude workers, seems like the workers don’t understand what customer service is… they don’t throw away empty drinks for their customers & proceed to chase their customers out the store to throw away things that are already in the trash can.

The store and products not bad at all, my girls have fun spending a few hundred dollars there.. now some of the staff need some customer service training.. is not hard to say "sorry for the inconvenience we forgot to take the safely Device and you have to come back" or "your welcome" simple customer service.. trust me is the little things that make a difference. Very disappointed..

I went last week and the manager here was awful and rude as well as the salespeople. I asked for help constantly and received rude looks while they gossiped. Truly the worst F21 location I’ve been to.

Don’t waste your time, rude sales people. Lady said she was the manager and no manager above her. All the sales ladies put off with having to provide any kindness or courtesy. If I could give zero stars I would.

This place could use some help. I'm sure there are definitely associates who do their part, however, it seems like every time I go in there I always get sass from the associates. There is never anybody In the dressing rooms, the girls just chat at the register and get mad when they don't notice you and you just walk up there. I get it working customer service is hard sometimes. But don't treat people who did nothing wrong poorly. Just not good business.

I went yesterday on 11/8/22 to pick up an item (tote bag) that I purchased. I was very pleased with the Manager Matthew and his staff. I have been inside the Forever 21 store at La Cantera three times in the past month. Each time the store is very clean and spacious where a shopper can shop around. All 3 visits the staff has been very helpful and super nice. I was able to apply for a Forever 21 credit card at this store, the Forever 21 store at North Star Mall didn't offer me the opportunity to get the discount when applying for the credit card at the last visit with them.Kudos to Matthew and his team!
