Like someone else said on here this insurance is cheap for a reason. It’s nice to be able to have coverage at such a low price. Just make sure to not get into an actual emergency. Roadside assistance seems to have employees that cannot speak coherent English and when you are in an emergency, you can imagine how stressful and overwhelming this is.

Very very bad service agents just on there personal phone. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location they barely wanted to great me as I entered to pay for new services with Fred Loya I had already gotten a quote over the phone and all I had to do was go pay. I go in there was two agents and one on the phone other one was with a customer the one on her personal phone was like she will be right with you about the other agent who was with the customer and the one with the customer told me if you don't want to wait go to the one down the street on pat booker mind you pat booker location was 13 mins away I ended up leaving to pat booker and that location was closed for lunch. My frustration was I was on my lunch break as well getting rejected service at one location to go to another one and end up not getting insured till the next day which was yesterday morning with a nicer location who didn't reject my service overall that's bad business

I haven’t been able to log into my account since I got covered, they have no real resources to fix this, calling them is so painful, and best of all you HAVE to be in office to sign cancellation papers bc they live in the Stone Age and haven’t discovered esign documents for the people like me who work 12 hours a day and can’t come in on their inconvenient open hours. If you’re looking for cheap insurance this is the place but just be aware it’s cheap for a reason

Insurance is cheap but get ready for them to call you and send texts every month about excluded drivers..they ask me do I know..John Gergory ??? Nope but he is wasting my time and so are you FLI. If you don't answer the ridiculous questions they increase your rate or cancel you. Get it together Fred

I was disappointed with the claim service. I filed a claim on Sunday 12/6. The gentlemen I spoke with was elderly and not computer savvy. It took 1 HR 7 mins and 14 seconds only to be informed by the adjuster on Monday12/7 that the claim was not valid. The policy of their insured lapsed at 12:01am that Saturday 12/5 and the insured paid the premium between 9 and 10 am that same day. The accident occured on 12/5 at 2:05 am. So when reinstated it was only back to the time it was paid? Really? I have never heard of such. The reputation about Fred Loya is that they don't pay claims timely or if at all. This incident was proof of that to me. Make sure this company really services your needs.

I called ahead to ensure that someone would be in the office because I was going on my lunch break. They didn't answer, another Fred Loya had to call them to get an answer, they confirmed they would be at lunch from 12 pm - 3 pm. Smh, so I showed up at 3:45 pm and they still were not there. No sign or anything. I'm on my lunch break AND it's 100° outside. TERRIBLE customer service.
