Usually at least in San Antonio, Fred Loya is the most affordable but not this time surprisingly All State offered a rate $400 to $500 dollars cheaper. It was alittle disappointing .

Horrible Insurance company no real website access and no app. You ha e to physically go into a fred loya to do anything with your policy. Would not recommend.

Miguel Caldera is the most unpleasant unprofessional dismissive employee I've met latelyHis insured hit my car ranPulled a gun on me and this guy wasn't the slightest bit concerned of my welfare.I tried to give the police report told him myself and the dispatcher went over the license plate number 3 times before the police ? arrived and the police gave me the informationHe shouldn't be working with the public!!!I told him I am a Disabled Veteran and have PTSDhe ignored me then went on to say did I write the offenders license plate number down!!!!SmhI said I was on a hands free call with 911I gave the information as the incident was happening!!!!How else would I know the policy holder's info and contact you???!!????,Buyer bewareThey don't care about the public

Worst insurance company ever! Three employees inside and instead they want to stick me in front of a computer and talk to somebody on a video chat. They have to make copies and send them to the person on the computer. The person on the computer can't read the copied papers. It's a mess. Get rid of that.
