Hands down one of the worst customer service experiences in all the time we've spent with this company. And when asking for their bosses name and number, they (she ) responds with, "i dont think I'll give you that." Additionally, when making claims, very difficult to work with and want the customer to do all of their leg work. I will do all I can to not recommend this company as well staying away from this office.

The only reason why this place has cheap insurance is because the deductible is $2,000. If you can afford an extremely high deductible then this is your place.

I want to first say that the representative on the phone was extremely kind, respectful and genuinely caring, lovely customer service, five stars. I’m leaving this review here for the regional management’s consideration: Their policy doesn’t allow new home and car owners to be customers of Fred Loya. That’s it. I moved into a new home and scheduled a call to begin a new policy opposed to renewing with a competitor for my auto insurance, I was told that because my brand new address hadn’t yet been updated on my license (legally I hav e not even lived at my residence long enough to be required to do this and it’s still two weeks in the mail) that I simply just cannot be a customer, despite my auto loan and ownership papers reflecting my new address. I offered to have it done within 60 days but there was simply no way they could work around that (the regional manager’s judgement call is what I was told)So, in theory if anyone at all buys a new house and/or new car, they just cannot insure with FL without first insuring with a competitor, even if legally their documents can validate the address (including a renters contract from the property owner? How silly)AND to start a full coverage policy you must do so in person (opposed to literally calling in like everywhere else) SO if you leave your house and buy a new car, either privately or through a dealer, you have zero percent chance of becoming a new customer because that would require you to drive an uninsured car in order to get it to a FL location because you can’t drive it off the lot or away from someone’s house uninsured…yet you can’t get it insured without getting it to an office ??Yea I asked, they did not have an answer for that one.

THE FRED LOYA INSURANCE LOCATION ON POTRANCO DESERVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS ALLOWED BUT I HAD TO GIVE THEM ONE IN ORDER TO POST MY COMMENTS...THE WORKERS ARE RUDE AND THEY CAN'T ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE DISGUSTED IN THE WAY THEY TREAT THERE CUSTOMERS!!! AVOID THE LOCATION ON POTRANCO IF YOU CAN AND GO TO ANOTHER ONE YOU WILL GET BETTER SERVICE.

Everyone in there was very nice, sweet and helpful. They didn't judge that I wanted to look at other insurances, in fact they even set me up with a discount for signing with them!

If people are not happy with where they work they should move on. The girl that helped never smiled and she looked like she didn't want to be there. She talked and smiled at and with her coworker, but couldn't even do that for the people that are giving them business. Not even a "thank you" or an apology for how long the process was taking. She didn't even want to take the pictures of our vehicle. She had the guy working with her do it. I'm just disappointed with the "customer service",if you want to call it that, we were given. At least the guy that took the pictures of our vehicle said thank you and apologized for how long it took. I hope the next customers that sit at her chair have a better experience.
