Favorite place to shop in the city. Employees are always friendly and ready to help customers find items they love. Can't say enough great things about this store!

Came in two days ago and was never greeted in the 45 min we were there. They had three employees and only 3 customers and we were 2 of the customers. I planned to spend a lot, but decided due to the way we were treated I would not and would just buy online. Customer Service needs to change at this location.

I love free people but honestly Dilliards or other stores have about the same inventory. Very small.

If I could give zero stars I would. Hopefully this comment won’t be deleted as I’m anticipating it will.I was currently visiting San Antonio from Dallas and wanted to come the the san Antonio free people (as I’m a regular in Dallas). The worker working on September 4th 2021 around 3:00 pm did not greet ANY African American customers that walked in. In fact she would just look and keep doing what she was doing. A Caucasian couple walks in and she says “hello welcome in can I help you find anything”. I’ve never felt so offended in my life. As a previous GM of a clothing store this store had the worst customer service ever. It was very obvious what type of people she wanted to greet and who she didn’t. If you are a person of color I would definitely not give the San Antonio location your money.

A rude employeeI went to shop at Free people at La Cantera today. I asked for help from one of the staff with sizing and she basically replied in a very condescending way. I like the brand but I won’t shop there again. Why do I need to spend my money at a place where they hire inexperienced employees?

I placed an order 12.26.20 and there’s no tracking info. I reached out to their online chat and learned the merchandise is not even in the warehouse. What? They charge my credit card knowing they can’t ship the merchandise? I’ll be calling my cc company and I’ll think twice before ordering online again. Bad business, Free People!
