I overall enjoy my bank. What I don’t enjoy is the poor customer service from the drive thru teller Vanny. On multiple occasions I’ve pulled up to complete a transaction and wasn’t greeted or even thanked upon completion of transaction. On today’s visit I kindly expressed my concern regarding her not greeting me like the other tellers do and even asking me if I needed anything else at the end of my transaction. She didn’t apologize just nonchalantly said “well what is your question” I shouldn’t even have had to do that if customer service is important to her. I will more than likely be changing branches even with them being convenient to my home. Overall bank 10/10 teller customer service 3/10

I had the pleasure of Victoria Cantu helping me with a situation I had, on 4/28/25. She was very kind, and helpful and very, very patient with me. Also you have a female guard at the door who is so nice and pleasant and gives VIP service by opening the door and greeting you. Makes you feel very welcomed. Thank you 😊. I had to come back today 4/29/25 to finish up. Victoria Cantu was helping me with a medallion stamp. Victoria was so accommodating, so helpful and so patient. While there she was helping me get what I needed, and your guard Erika could sense that I was getting tired and frustrated, and bless her heart she gave me a bottle of water. That really helped. Victoria was able to help me get the medallion stamp. Victoria Cantu is a asset to your company. Thank you 😊

I had trouble with a VA beneficiary, I had to Open I had a new Bank account and get direct deposit going to my account. We were meet with cheerful welcome. Mrs Victoria quickly started settling up a new account and I was very relieved of all the worries of starting a new account. The service and teller were all wonderful. I know that I am in safe hands with my needs. I am here to stay no more different Bank accounts for me. Life goes and the services of Frost Bank have not. Thank Frost Bank and all their staff who are all top notch.

Frost personal customer for years. Instead of calling our personal banker, I stopped into this location to set up another account. Personal Banker Victoria Cantu could not have been less helpful. She was annoyed with my simple questions and was insulting. Avoid this location, it’s a dump for their least skilled employees.
In 10 years I’ve never had an issue with Frost Bank. That changed today.

Lady at the front with curly hair was rude and the bank does not offer notary services unless its for something irrelevent or unimportant. Anything importan i was told to seek another notary. What's the point in having an account here?

Some Hispanic lady at the counter refused to open an account for me. Didn’t get the reason, maybe too dark skinned happened around noon. Had an account some years back that I opened but never used - so I know it wasn’t eligibility as she didn’t even take my information lol….. whatever.

Love my Frost bank. However did encounter a personal banker that was very unprofessional and rude. I know we all have bad days but don't take it out on us the customers. Totally unexpected and caught off guard. Never in 30 years of banking with Frost had I ever had an experience as horrible as this. Will never forget this particular woman!!!

I’ve been banking with Frost since 2006. I came into the bank at 4:15, but because of the number of deposits I had to make, the transaction was finally processed at 5:19. When I asked a question regarding issues with my debit card, Bailey went back to talk to the banker - Kyle -who refused to assist me (or even come out and talk to me) because it was after 5:00. I was told I’d have to again return on another day. I know it’s Friday and we’d all like to go relax but surely we can do better than this for customers.

Love my bank. Great customer service. Outside ATM is almost always out of service at night.
