Inside the building it’s a black hole of no reception on your phone. You go to wire something and they want a copy of the wire instructions emailed to them. Kinda hard when you have no cell service to penetrate Fort Knox here.
Can I get on your WiFi? Nope. Sorry. It’s for employees only.
Just horrible. What year are we in??? Impossible to set up a public WiFi nowadays I guess

The most inconvenient ATM machine!
If you need to do a quick stop at the ATM, this is not the place.
The ATM is combined with a teller lane therefore, people making teller transactions will hold you back from quickly accessing the ATM. To top it off, the motor bank tellers at this location aren't very efficient.
I needed to withdraw quick-cash, two vehicles ahead of me; waited there for 19 minutes and finally decided to leave.

The staff is very friendly accommodating. We went saturday before they closed. The only issue.. Is why did they put motor drive ATM with the teller water. Wish it was alone to get through faster. I have been customer since 1999.

Frost is gone out of their way to help me and l my wife when we lost our debit cards IDs when she went to North Carolina for a long visit forgot her cars they mailed her one I' overall I'd say they're alright by me I would recommend them to anybody.

Wow. Opening an account with them was so easy. I'd been dreading going in the entire day but I was quickly sat down and walked out with my card with in 25 minutes. Yazmin made things quick and painless and now I can easily manage my money. I wish I'd moved my money over a long time ago.
