Super frustrated. I chose Frost for my Business Banking. Today we called over to see about Notary services and we’re told to come. We took time off work to go but they don’t notarize legal documents because of liability. It would have been super helpful to have known this before driving down.

Today 6-6-22, I was slandered by Bank Manager: Annette, Almost 10 yrs ago my brother and I were in business, one morning I walked into the lobby, there to greet me was Annette, she stated my brother was in the (drive thru) and got out of his truck, and throw his chest at the teller? I ask to see the video tape, she got very up set, and told me she was going to close out our account. I told her I had no idea of this. I gave her examples of a relationship just because you get into a argument with your husband is no grounds for a speration. I also told her, what happened to the policy of the customer is always right, it fell on the floor, 6 yrs later I asked her where are the employees that accused my brother... They left the bank, she stated, and am still here as a loyal customer! Today she told a bank manager that i had a bad reputation which is a fraudulent statement, hurting my character. After over 40yrs off and on with frost bank they are losing there customer's over these immature, emotional kids, that have no idea what it is to be self-employed. It's a tuff business out here, nothing is easy.

Sorah helped me in the drive thru. Although I was the only one there she never greeted me so I wasnt even sure if she of if anyone had started with my transaction. I needed to let her know I was in a rush so I wasnt going to wait for a receipt, so I had to call in. Not a huge deal but I'm so used to the customer service at frost never being in question. Just remind her to always greet member. Also, I had sent in my deposit in the envelope from my other bank, I asked if she could just shred it for me, which I've done before at other frost banks and she said she couldn't because it had my personal information on it. It confused me considering I've done it before and I also work as a teller for a credit union and have always gladly accepted a request to shred something as simple as an envelope for a member.

They talk nice but they charge for every possible service. After 25 years, they have not been helpful; they have been neglectful. Frost is not the same bank it was. They compete against the community for commercial real estate and are reluctant to loan for commercial real estate. I have better offers from other banks. I have moved my loans and funds to other banks because Frost rates are expensive and the service is non-existent; they just give lip service. Frost only has my checking now and will lose that this month.

Very friendly and courteous employees always clean with fresh coffee and cookie 4 customers also have a help desk as soon as you answer the bank the tellers are always fast never been to the drive-thru but every time I go there it seems to have a fast flow never crowded restaurants are always cleaned and maintained.
