Our Realtor, Brenda Escobedo, was AMAZING!!! She went above and beyond for us. She asked for our preferences about what we wanted in our new home, and DEFINITELY DELIVERED!!! She sent over house listings, instead of us having to pick and choose from areas we weren’t familiar with. Our experience with her was Phenomenal! Even in a tight time crunch, she came through for us!

Tammy Greenbauer has been a fantastic agent through our entire house-searching journey! My partner and I are first-time home buyers and she has shown us the utmost patience and is always very professional. She is very timely in responding to us and does her best to accommodate us when we come to her on short notice with houses we want to see. Having her with us when viewing a home is always a delight and she's very easy to talk to. Your interests are first and foremost in her mind and she doesn't pressure you to just buy something. We would ask questions and she would always be happy to explain anything we didn't know or understand very kindly and without judgement. She has taught us a lot about what to search for, like how to spot a bad foundation and the signs of underlying issues or damage being covered up. And when we were worried about the buying process, she would very calmly explain what to expect and how to get the most out of the inspections and negotiations.

I know it's been 8 months since we moved into our new house and the fact that my wife already reviewed and commented on here, I just wanted to reiterate and piggy back. Christine was a constant professional. Very loyal and outstanding realtor to my wife and I. She stuck with us for approximately 4-5 years looking for a home that we could call home. And although it took us awhile, we finally found one. Through all that Christine never remotely pressured us. Her patience was quiet impeccable and it truly defined our experience with her. Words can not describe how lucky we were to use Full Spectrum to manage our property and then sell our property. The property management was top notch, issues were resolved immediately and professionally. Jenina handled everything like the true professional she is. Tammara saved the day when it came time to sell. Hail and rain damaged our roof while it was on the market and Tammara found us a roofer, painter and carpet installer (we are out of town) and managed the repairs while still looking for that perfect buyer. The perfect buyer came along and she kept us updated on everything while they secured their financing. You will not be disappointed when you hire Full Spectrum.

My beautiful realtor was Christine Mayes. She helped us for 4 years finding the perfect home! Lol the patience she had lol ? But she became more than a realtor she became part of our family!
